Laborer - Underground Construction

Horticulture/Cultivation Instructor 
Duties:

<li>Instruct Introduction to Horticulture, Cannabis Cultivation, and Commercial Cultivation Operations.</li>
<li>Grade assignments, exams and utilize Moodle/Learning Management Software.</li>
<li>Scan and send all assignments and exams to the Lead Horticulture Instructor/Director of Faculty.</li>
<li>Take attendance and ensure the right students are in the correct course.</li>
<li>Prepare for lecture by reading materials, finding videos to present during lecture, and review all curriculum before lecture. Curriculum sometimes needs revisions, as well.</li>

As a contractor, compensation varies depending on what classes you teach and when. Monday-Friday classes run 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 55 minutes long. Weekend classes generally run from 9-5.

Horticulture/Cultivation Instructor

Looking for a the right person to be a member of our team in a new and exciting emerging area in Ohio setting up and operating a Laboratory in Columbus, Ohio testing Medical Marijuana as approved by the Ohio Legislature. A great position to be a part of a team on the ground floor.
Summary: The Chief Scientific Officer drives the advancement of patient safety developing accurate testing Standard Operating Procedures supervising and training Lab Manager(s) and Lab Technicians by rigorously and creatively applying their scientific knowledge, expertise and Lab experience. The Chief Scientific Officer possesses and leverages his or her credibility to inform and influence, leads activities on cannabis, provide insights for the proper procedures for handling samples to be tested and reporting results to the sampled cultivators and/or processors. The CSO shall be responsible for training and oversight supervision of all laboratory staff and for ensuring that the laboratory achieves and maintains quality standards of practice.
Position requires demonstrable skills in:

<li>Develop Standard Operating Procedures that include the following methods of analysis:</li>
<li>Methods established in accordance with "Cannabis Inflorescence: Standards of Identity, Analysis, and Quality Control" (2014) monograph published by the "American Herbal Pharmacopoeia" or alternative methods that have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Commerce;</li>
<li>Assuring that Testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to assure the highest accuracy in testing quality;</li>

Chief Scientific Officer/Lab Manager

The position is to assist with the California Valley Restoration project. The incumbent will be working under the project manager and will be assisting on the collection of evidence, writing of search and abatement warrants, testifying in administrative and criminal hearings and supervising vendors and contractors in the physical abatement of illegal cannabis and abandoned cannabis sites in California Valley. NOTE: This is a temporary position not to exceed 960 hours in the 2018/19 Fiscal Year.
 

The Ideal Candidate

 The ideal candidate will have a background as a peace officer or code enforcement officer with at least 5 years experience; can write search and inspection warrants; has at least POST Level III (laws of entry and arrest) and is comfortable working with a partner in a very rural setting dealing with illegal cannabis cultivations. The candidate must be able to manage a heavy caseload and prepare quality reports ready for submittal to County Counsel for prosecution.

Minimum Qualifications Either A: completion of two years of schooling from an accredited college in natural resource management, city and regional planning, environmental studies, criminal justice, police science or related field; OR B: two years performing code enforcement related work consisting of the evaluation or inspection of violations of laws, codes or ordinances in a public agency; OR C: three years of experience in technical planning work, natural resource management (if non-enforcement related work), or performing building inspection activities in a public agency. AND one year of experience in a public agency in the investigation and enforcement of building, planning or zoning ordinances, environmental protection laws, or related regulations.

Job Description: Our Cannabis Patient Centers (CPC) operate on a medical model. Vireo is committed to serving patients within the CPC as well as via home delivery. The position of home delivery/patient care coordinator encompasses components of both daily CPC Operations as well as home delivery preparation.

Participates in our startup team as we develop policies, medications and systems

Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the emerging and fast paced environment of cannabis laboratory testing. The successful candidate will be a Laboratory Technician at our new Clackamas location, will report directly to the Laboratory Director and will be responsible for the all the steps involved in sample analysis for state mandated compliance testing of cannabis products.
This position requires knowledge of analytical chemistry and separation sciences, specifically wet lab techniques and some familiarity with instrumentation utilized for cannabis testing (LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, and plating techniques). Analytical methods utilized in the lab are already established and validated, however, some experience with method development, optimization and validation is beneficial. Prior lab experience is required.

Theory’s General Assistant has a direct impact on the the flow and efficiency of the day to day operations and our ability to keep patient experience our top priority. We are looking for passionate, friendly individuals to staff our facility; Must have the ability to work within a fast paced startup environment and adapt to the changing needs of the company’s day to day.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
<ul>
<li>Facilitating Menu Updates (leafly/weedmaps/website etc.)</li>
<li>Managing patient flow through intake areas during high traffic hours</li>
<li>Organizing the retail space and packaging storage</li>
<li>Assist in manage, receiving, and counting packaging</li>
<li>Working with the intake staff to complete VG checks</li>
<li>Marking menus as sold out/swapping pages</li>
<li>Emergency supply runs</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned by management</li>

2+ Years in retail or medical office experience
