We are a fast-paced, close knit Tier 2 Cannabis producer/processing company looking to expand our team as our company continues to blossom. We are searching for a passionate, punctual and professional individual who hustles and is ready to work until the job is done. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, outgoing individual, with a passion to learn, and is eager to refining their skills and build their career. This Warehouse Flex position consists of both warehouse maintenance/labor as well as packaging and processing products.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Watering
- Measuring Ph levels
- Pruning
- Transplanting
- Harvesting
- Packaging
- Weighing
- Labeling
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Etc.
Preferred:
- Cannabis Experience (1+ year)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Continued Education (Such as college coursework, degrees, certifications, technical training, etc.)
Required:
- MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Cannabis experience or applicable skills to the position
- Ability to trim over a pound a day (easily)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs. (often)
- Ability to safely use ladders
- Maintain compliance with all LCB and company policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic & takes pride and responsibility in their work
- Works with a sense of urgency (Hustles)
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Be a team player
- Able to pass a background check
- Punctual (Arrives at 6:30am ready to work)
- Basic math skills
Additional Information:
- Located in Arlington, Washington
- Starting wage is $12-$14/hour or DOE
- Hours: Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3pm with some weekend flexibility if applicable
