Job Description:

For our upcoming Boston think tank and innovation lab, Endoca is looking dedicated Corporate Lawyer! Your primary role will be to help the Endoca Foundation and Endoca.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
  • Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
  • Advising executives and departments within the company on relevant legal issues of the business
  • Overseeing internal policies
  • Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
  • Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
  • Providing training to the company on legal topics

Requirements

  • Master degree in law. Specialty in administrative law and procedures
  • Experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
  • Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Result oriented
  • Committed and flexible attitude to the job
  • High work ethic
  • Your attitude and mindset are first!
