The Liberty Marketing Manager will act as a brand ambassador, social media coordinator and liaison between our sales/marketing team and patients.
Major Areas of Responsibility

<li>Manage all social media accounts for Liberty in Pennsylvania and generate all content for social media engagement.</li>

Responsibilities


General responsibilities of the Clinical Case Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

<li>
Serve as the point of contact for pre-screening students requesting counseling services, as well as receive concerns from faculty, staff, students, and parents regarding student behavior or the need for referral(s) to appropriate campus and/or off campus resources. Utilize advanced knowledge in mental health treatment, area mental health providers, diagnoses, mental health triage, and client centered mental health therapy to advise and inform those whom call on how to most effectively manage a mental health crisis or concern. 
</li>
<li>Oversee, advise, and monitor the caseload, and case management of the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) faculty members. Evaluate and assign cases based on assessment of presenting concern including, frequency, intensity, and duration of mental health diagnoses. Assign students to CAPS’ counselors based on knowledge of risk of suicide and homicide, mental health assessment, and case intensity. 
</li>
<li>Manage case decisions independently based on scope of practice, appropriate level of care, and extensive knowledge of mental health treatment including but not limited to; navigating mental health hospitalizations, direct admissions to the psychiatric center, referring students to appropriate resources, and intervening in planned suicides/homicides. Maintain factual and confidential case records regarding meetings and follow-ups. Involve CAPS and/or Student Health Services (SHS) personnel as appropriate. 
</li>
<li>Utilize expertise of suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mental health symptoms and solution focused treatment theory to independently decide and execute the best course of action to manage crisis or emergency situations pertaining to EU students. These may include but are not limited to suicide attempts, student death, acute mental health crisis significantly impeding daily functioning, significant classroom disruptions, behavioral issues, physical assaults, sexual assaults, and interpersonal conflicts. This also includes making contact after-hours to students whom live on- or off-campus as necessary. 
</li>
<li>Follow-up on students who have been sent to the hospital for psychological reasons. Ensure information sharing via signed releases among the hospital, CAPS counselors, SHS medical staff, the student, family members and/or others regarding treatment recommendations, hospital discharge planning, and referral agencies. Maintain accurate documentation in Titanium (CAPS) and/or NueMD (SHS). 
</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison and collaborate with CAPS, SHS, Campus Life, Residence Life and Housing, Greek Life, Environmental Health and Safety, Financial Aid Office, Academic Success Center, Office of Student Judicial Affairs, Office of Records and Registration, Veterans Affairs Office, Office for Students with Disabilities, and individual faculty, staff and students to partner, track and respond to students of concern. 
</li>
<li>Create a holistic treatment plan, in collaboration with the CAPS and SHS staff as appropriate, based on presenting diagnoses, effective treatment modalities, and behavioral/physical health assessment for each student whom utilizes services to minimize and/or resolve student concerns on a case by case basis.

<li>Assist in the coordination of client referrals by communicating with appropriate insurance companies to determine coverage, participating providers, and procedures for accessing out-of-network services. Assist students with scheduling appointments, obtaining services, and receiving transportation to off campus services.

<li>Maintain an up-to-date mental and physical health referral guide for university students. 
</li>
<li>Assist the Office of Records and Registration for students who have withdrawn from the University for medical/mental health reasons and wish to reenroll.

<li>Assist clients in adhering to treatment plans, such as setting up appointments, arranging for transportation to appointments, obtaining resources such as food from the food pantry or providing support.

<li>Assist in the development and implementation of the critical incident stress management defusing/debriefing sessions after activated by the Threat Assessment Team, Emergency Response Team or appropriate University official. Acquire/maintain critical incident stress management training.

<li>Maintain and establish new relationships and agreements with off-campus mental health resources for expediting referrals for students’ psychiatric and mental health needs.

<li>Conduct presentations regarding mental health awareness, diagnoses, disorders, prevention, resources, and services including new student orientation, annual health fair, classroom presentations and others as requested.

<li>Serve as a member of the EU Wellness Task Force, Threat Assessment Team, and other applicable committees.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, counselor education, counseling psychology or a closely related field is required. Licensed in their professional field in Pennsylvania. Completed a supervised internship, clinical field placement, and/or practicum experience as part of their degree requirements.

 
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in counseling with college students and expertise in typical presenting problems. Two or more years’ experience in mental health case management, training and experience in crisis intervention; and experience in suicide and violence threat assessment. Possess a National Counselor Certification (NCC), and complete yearly required continuing education credits.

In order to be successful as a Licensing Specialist, you will need to be a self-starter independently managing an ongoing assigned caseload of investigations for liquor licenses. This specialized work involves having strong communication skills interviewing applicants, reviewing documents received, and preparing reports summarizing the investigative findings. You will be responsible for determining if new and current businesses are qualified to hold a liquor license. This position contributes to the agency's mission by providing the highest level of public safety by assessing, analyzing and enforcing laws, regulations and policies. It is responsible for determining whether the criteria and regulations are met so that licenses and permits are issued to qualified businesses and individuals. 

 

Duties

 <ul>
<li>Conducts in depth interviews to determine eligibility. Request necessary documentation and interprets whether the documents received are sufficient. Communicates with applicants on the phone and in person regarding questions and challenges. Analyze written financial paperwork (which includes, but is not limited to loan documents, bank statement, leases, personal funds, corporate funds, sale agreements, management agreements, closing documents), as well as the insurance documents, verification of taxes, lease agreement by landlord, and communication from local authorities.
</li>
<li>Monitors and coordinates activities and processes of a licensing program(s); approves or disapproves selected license transactions for issuance of new, renewal, and change licenses and recommends approval/denial of other license types: examines non-standard and unusual license applications and accompanying legal documents referred by staff and depending on complexity of the transaction or nature of the issue, completes the process or provides specific or general instructions to assigned staff.
</li>
<li>Handles the more complicated questions regarding thresholds, denial of license, due process and appeal rights pertaining to marijuana or liquor licensing from representatives, the general public and other agencies; consults with, assists, and provides expertise to staff, license applicants, the public, government officials, attorneys, and others on technical matters involving applicable statutes, regulations, laws, policies and procedures.

<li>Evaluates bankruptcy and receivership documents for eligibility and issues Special Permission Letters to court-appointed Trustees and Receivers. Recommends the suspension and/or revocation of existing licenses.
</li>
<li>Returns emails and phone calls within 24 hours of receipt. Utilize telephone or email for supplemental conversations to work out any problems. If operational plan demonstrates an apparent lack of qualification, prepare communication to the supervisor/manager outlining deficiencies.
</li>
<li>Liquor: Review and approve alcohol operating plans for Sports entertainment Facilities (SEF) and renewal licenses for Amateur SEFs, including analyzing and assessing floor plans to ensure compliance with liquor laws and policies.
</li>
<li>Marijuana: Evaluate non-routine marijuana applications such as those involving applicants with a criminal history, suspected ownership issues, corporate structure changes and changes in ownership, more than 30 locations, public protests, or locations too close to a school.
</li>
<li>Ensures that the operation plan includes detailed security provisions, traceability of product, transportation, growing operations, processing procedures, waste disposal and testing, and conducts on-site inspections as necessary.
</li>
<li>Provides oral and written qualification assessment and licensing information to applicants, business professionals, staff and local, state and federal agencies.
</li>
<li>Provides training and other presentations to agency staff, state agencies, and/or the public.
</li>
<li>Recommends the suspension and/or revocation of existing licenses, changes to laws, rules, procedures, and other projects, transactions, and activities
</li>
<li>Provides technical expertise to staff, license applicants, government officials, attorneys, due process and appeal right pertaining to liquor licensing. .
</li>
<li>Collaborates with Enforcement on investigations, final inspections, and other inquiries as requested.
</li>
<li>Calculates processing fees, processes, and authorizes refunds to licensees
</li>
<li>Document in the licensing file that the licensee has met all of their requirements and they are being forwarded for approval, or what items are outstanding. Provide detailed and concise written documentation of whether the applicant meets licensing requirements.</li>

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Two years of experience providing analyzing and interpreting program financial documents, laws, and regulations for license qualification and issuance; and interviewing and researching/review duties involving public contact. 
OR 
Completion of two years of college or business school with major study in finance, business or public administration, economics, law, accounting, or closely allied field (60 semester or 90 quarter hours); 
AND 
Type a minimum of 40 net words per minute accurately Preferred/Desired Qualifications: 
Knowledge of: departmental programs, licensing policies and procedures; research methods and data collections; corporate laws of the state, real estate transactions, and license certification and recertification procedures; office practices; statistical record keeping; efficient use of resources, principles of communication and counseling; of an electronic imaging and workflow management system.

Distribution Driver

SUMMARY

Responsible for processes required to manage Pacific Organic’s domestic growers in collaboration with Pacific Organic Supply Chain and Sales Departments. The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the President and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. The Dispensary Manager is an exempt level position and reports to the President.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
