Summary
 
Working in collaboration with the senior director of analytics, the regional quality laboratory manager will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for the standardization of analytical testing and consistency in the laboratory.
 
The position will support new locations and laboratory build outs, serve as the point of contact for laboratory information management system (LIMS) issues, support ISO 17025 initiatives, and partner with the management team to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).

 Work with compliance and quality assurance to ensure accurate analytical information is provided.
 
Lead the buildout and management of analytical laboratories which includes but is not limited to: ensuring current good laboratory practices (cGLP), support of laboratory safety and EHS programs, and partnering with other laboratory managers and the senior director of analytics to continuously improve the processes.
 Ensure that a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is implemented and compliant with legal and cGLP.
 In cooperation with the ISO Director, ensure implementation and maintain necessary programs and processes to achieve ISO 17025 compliance and accreditation
 Work collaboratively with Quality and Manufacturing groups to ensure KPI metrics are achieved.
 Provide expertise to troubleshoot, maintain and validate analytical instrumentation across all manufacturing and extraction platforms.

POSITION SUMMARY
A Noa Botanicals Product Specialist is responsible for patient and caregiver intake, product transactions, and providing excellent customer service to a variety of audiences. The Product Specialist must maintain a thorough understanding of medical cannabis varieties, derivatives and infused products based on current offerings in the Hawaii market and current cannabis science. The Product Specialist must provide superior customer service and educational guidance to registered patients and caregivers. The Product Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment and dispensary appearance. The Product Specialist reports directly to the Dispensary Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
CORE JOB DUTIES (includes but not limited to)
Customer Service and Record-Keeping:

<li>Greet patients and caregivers as they enter the dispensary. Provide exceptional service for new and returning patients, answer any questions they may have, and provide orientations and tours when needed;</li>
<li>Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient and caregiver at every visit, ensuring validity of his or her identification and registration with the State;</li>
<li>Record each visit using the patient management software, ensuring accuracy of customer and caregiver information, and recording notes if necessary;</li>

<li>Communicate with management to maintain a steady customer traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction;</li>

<li>Educate patients and caregivers on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods;</li>

<li>Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve service or product.</li>

Processing Transactions:

<li>Collect payment and process transactions after order verification;</li>
<li>Apply transaction amount to each customer’s allocated amount in accordance with state and local law;</li>
<li>Prepare and build patient and caregiver online and pre-orders.</li>
