CORE JOB DUTIES
 
Manufacturing:

<li>Responsible for the preparation and execution of Cresco Labs extraction and processing of product in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs</li>

What’s The Role About:

To complement our World-Class technical teams, we are seeking a hands-on Director of Quality who will define, implement, and continuously improve Puffco’s quality systems, standards, and policies for hardware and software. He/She will formulate, standardize and implement quality assurance operating procedures and product acceptance policies for a fully outsourced supply chain. He/She will collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure implementation of plans and processes that minimize quality issues and optimize features and costs.
 
Some things you will be responsible for:

<li>Accountable for the development, definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality system, standards and policies.</li>
<li>Formulate, standardize and implement QA operating procedures including: corrective action reports (CAR), engineering changes (ECx), ICQ, OCQ, in-process quality controls, QA audits, OBA, DPPM, AFR and quality metrics tracking and daily/weekly analysis of first pass yield reporting.</li>

<li>Establish and ensure compliance for raw material (component), FG quality levels, SOPs, national and international safety standards; lead quality audits and support capability audits.</li>
<li>Point of contact for handoff between production quality and field quality, supporting a closed loop quality process.</li>
<li>Apply quality methodologies to analyze quality issues and lead problem solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements</li>
<li>Oversight of the production quality process and WIP/raw material quality control; making adjustments to the production process as needed to assure the attainment of business objectives while insuring products standards will exceed quality standards.</li>
<li>Participate in the supplier qualification process, assessing suppliers based on industry best practices including, on-site and partner capabilities; manpower and resources; quality and production controls.</li>

 Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

You should have a minimum of 3 experience running a Quality Department;

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology or other relevant field of study (or equivalent experience.)</li>

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES *
 We are looking for a confident, competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.
 Office Administration Support-
 <ul>
<li>Act as the point of contact between the VP Head of Retail and internal/external clients</li>
<li>Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence</li>
<li>Handle requests and queries appropriately</li>
<li>Responsible for typing, filing, and computer operations as requested</li>
<li>Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders</li>
<li>Manage multiple calendars</li>
<li>Make travel arrangements</li>
<li>Take dictation and minutes and accurately transcribe data</li>
<li>Produce reports, presentations and briefs</li>
<li>Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system</li>
<li>Any other office administrative or related tasks as requested by management</li>
</ul>
Accounting Support-
 <ul>
<li>Complete tasks related to basic bookkeeping.</li>
<li>Provide overall support and assistance as requested by the Controller and Accounting team.</li>
<li>Assist in data entry of records and ensure that they are properly, timely, and accurately completed.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
QUALIFICATIONS *
 <ul>
<li>3+ years proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other related position</li>
<li>Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Proficiency in English</li>
<li>Exemplary planning and time management skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with technological advancements in the workplace, including but not limited to web conferencing, mobile apps, and calendar maintenance across time zones</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Expert level communications skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette</li>

The Associate GM (AGM), Demand role is one of the most challenging and impactful roles at Eaze. This person will be responsible for all aspects of demand generation in Northern California, our largest market. They will work with various internal and external teams to continue expanding territory and stay relentlessly focused on driving a great experience.
 

The AGM, Demand will define KPIs and strategy, direct the team that executes on the strategy, and work cross-functionally to achieve KPIs. If you are passionate about customer experience, continuous improvements and seeing the immediate impact of your work on a daily basis, then this is the perfect role for you. This cross-functional, highly collaborative role will require both analytical and people management skills. You will work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Analytics teams.

The successful Associate GM, Demand will:
