DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES *
 Harvest’s Director of Manufacturing is a national operations leader who implements and executes on organizational and management protocols to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing facility operations in all of Harvest’s national facilities. Director of Manufacturing

We are looking for a Trim Room manager to work full-time at our indoor year-round cannabis farm. We are expanding and need additional people with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a rapidly developing industry. This position will be for 4-6 days per week and may involve weekend shifts.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, managing a small team of trimmers, creating packages in METRC, trimming, bucking, sorting, cutting and hanging plants for drying, joint rolling, weighing, disposing of waste material, cleaning of tools, trimming equipment and area.
