The Admin is responsible for setting the tone for our customer’s experience at Blüm. The Admin provides a full concierge type of service to our customer; which includes check-in, providing information and escorting our customers into the Budbar.
To fulfill this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Essential Functions:
- Greets all customers with a professional positive attitude while Following the 5’ /10’ rule as well as uses appropriate verbiage. Inquires whether a customer is new or returning. If returning, verifies them in the database.
- Inquires whether they are a medical patient or a recreational user and checks in the customer for each respective category.
- Updates and maintain profiles in POS efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintains confidential files in filing cabinet and USB.
- Maintains Visitor Log and remains current with visitor’s information.
- Conducts tours of the facility when necessary.
- Maintains the general cleanliness of the facility.
- Escorts guests into the BudBar in an orderly and timely manner.
- Acts with integrity and honesty while activity promoting the culture and the values of the company.

Ability to anticipate customer and store needs by assessing the store.
- Maintains a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations while setting a positive example for the shift team.
- Ability to monitor changes in team or store morale and/or performance while maintaining effective communication with the managers.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Education/credentials from institutions such as Oaksterdam are preferred.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- Dispensary state license (Nevada only); preferred
- Online training/certification through the Nevada Dispensary Association (Nevada only); preferrerd
