Overview:
Foria is currently recruiting part-time Client Care Specialists (CCS) whose primary role is to respond to client care inquiries regarding Foria products, their use-cases and FAQs as well as order and shipment inquires.
The ideal CCS candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication skills. A Foria CCS is knowledgeable, confident and comfortable discussing sexual wellness and cannabis topics with Foria clientele, business partners and management.
As the face of Foria in client care domains the CCS is expected to:

Represent the firm in alignment with our brand.

Keep updated and well-versed in brand, company, product and industry knowledge.
The CCS will analyze, research and resolve all client care inquiries and transactions with a focus on positive client care outcomes including having positive dialogues with clients, answering their questions, resolving care transactions such as product returns or refunds. The CCS will learn and use a number of supporting applications and systems to execute client care work, including our client care app (Zendesk), e-commerce applications (Shopify) and 3rd party product fulfillment applications and systems.

Credentials & Plus:

Minimum of one year in a related client care/marketing position or experience in wellness or cannabis industries.

Minimum of one year applied experience in working with Google Suite, collaboration apps (Google Hangouts, Voxer, Slack) and other online applications.

Fluent in basic conversational/written Spanish; be able enter into basic conversation or email exchange with a native Spanish speaker.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be over 21 years of age with a valid ID.

Customer care professional certifications is a plus.

College degree is a plus.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Respond to client service inquiries in a timely manner (24 business hrs) via email, phone and social media outlets.

Investigate any issues and follow through till resolved and resolution is communicated.

Interface with third party fulfillment partner and shipping carriers as necessary.

Interface with wholesale accounts, distributors and vendors.

Assist with day-to-day office and administrative needs.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist management as necessary.
This is a part-time, hourly position, starting with 15-25 hours a week. CSS will report for work Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00 am-6:00 pm. After a successful two month on-boarding period Foria may offer the CSS telecommuting from a home or other office with reliable, high quality internet and mobile phone services. There may be an opportunity for this position to convert to full time for the right candidate.
Compensation: $15-18/hr.
