We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator for our office in Santa Barbara, CA to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting directly to the COO, the Operations Administrator will be an informational hub for the operations team and be able to have a pulse on all projects, deadlines, and functional teams. While supporting the COO on light administrative tasks, you will also be managing a variety of managerial, administrative, and operations related projects/deadlines. Problem-solving, coordinating, project management, organization, research, presentation, and strong administrative skills will be needed to be successful in this role.

As the Operations Administrator you will:

  • Support the COO by managing/assisting on assigned projects including progress reports, managing deadlines, and collecting deliverables from involved parties
  • Ensure that project milestone are established and accomplished
  • Be an extension and information hub for the Ops team to manage projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Participate in vendor identification and selection by gathering/researching information and presentations from potential suppliers, and establish evaluation criteria
  • Be a liaison between Operations and Marketing to maintain appropriate levels of packaging inventory and supplies
  • Be a liaison between the Operations, Distribution, Packaging, and Sales team to funnel inventory information and provide forecasts
  • Create agenda and schedule Ops meetings for teams, and keep track of KPIs
  • Take notes during meetings, calls, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with managing COO’s calendar, schedule, and travel
  • Research and maintain tradeshow/event calendar
  • Manage the website inquiries and pass off to appropriate contacts
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
