Position Summary 
The Surterra Wellness Center Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Surterra Wellness Centers in accordance in accordance with The Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Surterra. Provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for inventory management/tracking and store delivery coordination, cash management policies, and maintaining wellness center compliance and cleanliness. This position will ensure the best possible patient experience consistent with brand standards.

Job Summary:

The Cost Accountant directs activities of product costing, product manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation. The position provides recommendations to senior management in support of the achievement of Company goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.

<li>Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support. Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items; create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates

<li>Analyzes actual inventory costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs</li>
<li>
Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures
</li>
<li>Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs
</li>
<li>Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts</li>
<li>
Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services

<li>Develop and maintain average costs of finished goods and production components in a worldwide ERP system</li>
<li>
Improve and maintain processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation

<li>Lead and manage the excess and obsolete inventory review process

<li>Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing

Education/training/experience:

What you’ll be doing:

The Head of Product Development will lead the research, development, and launch of current and future Canndescent products by working closely with consumers, retailers, vendors, and internal leadership team. You will be responsible for the R&amp;D, commercialization, and scaling of products including technical formulations, sensory validation, and manufacturing scale-up. Development is focused on supporting category and industry objectives and leading consumer-driven innovation to the market. You will work closely with internal and external vendors, researchers, internal marketing and sales team, and customers to identify opportunities, guide direction, and bring product concepts to life.
 

Your responsibilities:

Overview:

Perform tasks using hand tools and mechanized equipment to lay conduit and place copper/fiber optic cable

Responsibilities:
