Sales Representative

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate for our OLCC licensed wholesale distribution company. Looking for someone who is excited & ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads and closing sales. We have a loyal client list and it is imperative our existing & new clients are treated with the best service. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals, standards, and culture of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations. Servicing Southern Oregon.

Job Duties:

1. Complete valid transfer manifest and record in the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS)

2. Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction

3. Establish the client's needs and tailor your sales pitch accordingly

4. Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized

5. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients to enable a consistent sales

6. Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features 7. Conduct weekly inventory and place orders to replenish inventory

Requirements:

• A current Oregon Driver License is required for this position.

• Need a reliable and insured vehicle.

• Must possess a OLCC worker's permit

• Must be able to climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.

• Must be able to pass Health Test if necessary

Reports to: Sales Manager.

Term:

• This is a full-time position - 40 hours per week

• Probation lasts 90 days from the date of hire.

• Continued employment is dependent on Annual review.

• Employment is at will.

Starting Pay and Benefits:

• No benefits are offered with this position.

• Sick And vacation each accrue at 1 hr per every 30 worked, not to exceed 40 accrued hours per year. Available for use after 90 days.

• We do offer 7 paid holidays.

• Hourly wages plus mileage.
