POSITION SUMMARY 
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES 
The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform a variety of law enforcement duties in the enforcement of all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances to ensure the preservation of public peace, prevention of crimes, protection of life and property. The work is performed under the supervision and direction of a Command Officer, but considerable leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative. The nature of the work performed requires that an employee in this class establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Police Chief, other Command Officers, other City personnel, elected and appointed officials, representatives of Federal, State, County and municipal agencies, and the general public. The principal duties of this class are performed in a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations which may involve exposure to potential personal danger. 
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW 
The goal of the Patrol Division is to address community problems and assure a safe community environment through directed and routine patrol. As the most visible and largest division of the police department, the Patrol Division provides the first response to emergency and non-emergency incidents. Patrol personnel proactively address community problems, use various specialized units for special community problems, and deliver police services to city residents. 
A total of 64 patrol officers and 2 DUI specialists’ man eight teams with eight officers assigned per team. 5 sworn volunteer reserve officers also volunteer their time and assist with patrol activities. Two watch commanders (Lieutenants) act as supervisors of the shifts. Each patrol team has a Sergeant and Corporal directly supervising the team. The schedule has a day shift, early swing shift, a late swing shift and a night shift each day. The officers work 11.5-hour shifts, alternating working 4 days one week then 3 days the next week. The schedule has double coverage between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 A.M. each day, allowing for more units to be available during these high call loads time periods. Many extra duty assignments including K-9, Tactical Response Team (TRT), Field Training Officer, and Crime Scene Investigator, are available to the patrol officers. As with any department, the patrol division is the backbone of the agency, with most of the department's resources being put into this division.

Job Summary

To perform tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of aerial cable television systems. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Summary

The Regional Business Networking Specialist is primarily responsible for implementing facility-specific promotional initiatives which capture the essence of The Green Solution while meeting the needs of each facilities consumer landscape. The Regional Business Networking Specialist ensures a positive relationship with local business owners and the community at large through liaison activities, and community engagement endeavors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate with stakeholders and General Managers in small group settings to execute the company mission statement and to establish and implement the Executive Officers’ vision through community partnerships, Chamber of Commerce interactions, local business partnerships, and developing store-specific marketing plans</li>
<li>Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers</li>
<li>Retain a loyal customer base through facility promotions within budgetary constrains established by Executive Officers and General Managers</li>
<li>Develop a network of TGS-friendly businesses, organizations, community organizers, and chambers of commerce</li>
<li>Understand the complexity of compliance requirements governing our businesses, including the following types of regulatory agencies: Marijuana Enforcement Division, Fire Department, City Zoning and Planning, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and more</li>
