Trimming & Packaging

Sierra Wellness is seeking candidates to fill Trimming & Packaging positions. Before applying please make sure that you meet ALL requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with no felony convictions
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in Reno or Carson City
• A basic to mid level knowledge of cannabis
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

About You:

We are looking for people that are looking to start a career in one of the fastest growing industries in the world. You must have a consistent and genuinely positive attitude. You must be able to work on your feet for very long hours. People with actual prior experience will be accelerated very quickly others will take approximately 90 to 180 days to train.

Positions:

• Trimming & Packaging - Maintain Sanitized Environment. Break down pounds (quarters, eighths, grams, microbuds, shake). Operate Cone Filling Machine, Scales, Vacuum & Sealer. Maintain functioning PPE (gloves, mask, hairnet, lab coat, shoe covers). Expert dry trim (removing crow's feet/excess leaf, tight trim). Properly completing forms for each task. Responsible for packaging shake into pre-rolls while utilizing the Knock Box for Sierra Wellness products. Responsible for packaging of a wide range of Sierra Wellness products and maintaining an overall awareness for ensuring high quality and visual aesthetics for retail sale.Willing to get your hands dirty!
