What to expect: 
Our leadership training program is a three month course, with a six month provisional period. First you will learn all the required positions with in our team. What we require: 
Our Leadership team will know how to analyze the business needs, create and implement a plan of action that accounts for the fluctuation in traffic through out the day. You will oversee and assist with the financial process and cash handling for the business. You will inform the team about promotions, new products and up-sales opportunities. You will also attend to our customers in their pleased and displeased states. Leads will master the art of transitioning negative moments into a positive response of praise. As a Lead, You will monitor our processes to ensure we are WSLCB compliant. You will also be able to provide a wealth of knowledge about our products to the team and customers. Position Information:

The position of the Horizontal Directional Drill Operator (HDD Operator) within the structure of Pauley Construction is to operate specific and associated functions surrounding a directional drill within an individual business unit.

The position of HDD Operator will only report to a Superintendent. The HDD Operator will be responsible for all assignments specifically related to the operation of the directional drill. All of these requirements and assignments will be based on company goals and objectives, along with the Superintendents individual goals and objectives for each customer.

Functionary Role:

The HDD operator is responsible for the general safe and productive operation of the horizontal directional drill as well as the coordination and function of the mixing system and mud reclaiming system.

Safety/Risk Management:

It is the responsibility of each HDD Operator to ensure that all persons assigned to the business unit have been properly trained to perform the type of projects assigned to each crew member. No job should be assigned to a crew that does not have the proper training. The HDD Operator will assist the Superintendent and Safety Coordinator in any training that is required to accomplish each customer assignment. All accident investigations, including job damages, employee injury and vehicle accidents will be the responsibility of the Superintendent with the assistance of the HDD Operator.

<li>Adheres to Directional Drill Locate Policy.</li>
<li>Attends all safety meetings with the Superintendent, Safety Coordinator and/or Area Manager.</li>
<li>Attends all required in-house training and out-sourced training as adopted in the company policy.</li>
<li>Is responsible for all property owner complaints and personally investigates all complaints associated with work function.</li>
<li>Assures 100% adherence to all company safety policies.</li>

Equipment Management/Equipment Needs:

<li>The HDD Operator will communicate all equipment needs with the Superintendent.</li>

This position is responsible for processing marijuana products including flowers, joints, and concentrates, to be sent to retailers for sale.  Positions available are part time and full time.
