Cannabis Delivery and Customer Service Representative (O.C.)

Green Therapeutics is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager responsible developing and managing sales and marketing strategies for all of our products and services. You will be working with a seasoned startup team for a mission driven company on quality focused product brands.
 What You’ll Be Doing: <ul>
<li>Develop sales and marketing strategies for GT Products and Services</li>
<li>Prospecting, closing, and nurturing existing accounts</li>
<li>Create SOP for marketing and sales</li>
<li>Drive revenue and market share meet or exceed monthly revenue targets</li>
<li>Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects or existing accounts on GT products will best fit their needs</li>
<li>Communicate our brands’ stories in a passionate and compelling way, educating budtenders on what makes our brands’ products special</li>
<li>Manage dispensary buyer relationships by continuing to increase account satisfaction</li>
<li>Lead and manage pop ups and budtender new product education events</li>
<li>Create and manage sales incentive plans for budtenders</li>
<li>Develop consumer focused promo activity to drive more customers to dispensary accounts and build brand awareness</li>
<li>Develop new sales material and refine messaging</li>
<li>Coordinate production schedule with cultivation and production with market demand</li>
<li>Determine, Gather, analyze key metrics and performance indicators, insights, and trends</li>
<li>Identify, implement, and maintain sales CRM</li>
<li>Create weekly sales report</li>
<li>Create, develop and manage website content</li>
<li>Lead social media presence with posting, messaging, and active engagement across all platforms to develop brand awareness</li>
<li>Plan, write, and edit press releases and marketing content</li>
<li>Create sales training program</li>
<li>Communicate issues with products with production and cultivation</li>
<li>Develop and manage brand ambassador program</li>

What We’re Looking For: <ul>
<li>Experience leading or managing a sales and marketing team</li>
<li>Experience developing brands and launching brands</li>
<li>Knowledge or experience in cannabis industry a big plus</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, aggressive, startup environment</li>
<li>Attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change</li>
<li>Proficient skills using Google Drive, CRM software (HubSpot), PM (Wrike, Asana) etc.</li>
<li>Exemplary copywriting skills and creative writing ability is a plus</li>
<li>Must have a valid Nevada DL, a reliable vehicle, insurance, clean driving /criminal record.</li>

Sales Marketing Manager

The Position
As Project Manager you will be the navigator working directly with the founding CEO and COO to manage several projects, including a major machine fabrication project and launching several hemp and marijuana processing centers. Your ability to proactively and constructively oversee project planning and execution, communication with a cross-functional team, all while tracking project budgets (with support from our bookkeeper) and providing stakeholders with weekly status reports is crucial. As a critical team member you will help define project scope, goals and deliverables as well as create schedules and project timelines. With the invaluable insight that you will gain in tracking deliverables, we will count on you to not only quickly identify potential problems but also suggest possible solutions so that we can manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
We have ambitious goals of opening numerous partner facilities over the next few years throughout the country. In order to accomplish these goals, we will need to learn from the first buildouts and meticulously document the process, so that it is repeatable as we expand to new markets.
