Job description:
As a Night Manager you will have a diverse range of duties.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager, manage the location's nightly operations
- Manage and assist as needed with Front Desk/Dispatch Operations
- Manage the flow of
- Solve problems with Field Technicians on the phone while multi-tasking. Including but not limited to, inventory challenges, routing, and customer escalations
- Work with in-house applications, Excel spreadsheets, and create/maintain regular reports
- Liaison between client, employees and management
- Answer basic HR related questions, keep personnel files up-to-date, create schedules etc. as needed
- Keep office stocked with supplies
- Support management with other daily duties
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate staff and promote/foster a supportive environment
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements to management
- Previous Startup experience a plus
- Dispatching/Customer Service knowledge a plus
- Previous Operations Manager, Coordinator experience is an asset.
