Rocky Mountain High is looking for additional members to our growing team. We are looking for applicants for our Castle Location in Durango. The Durango Position is currently available but the position will be taken rather quickly. We are working on building a team of hard working, energetic, fun, professional group of individuals. We are looking for both Full Time Bud Tenders. Rocky Mountain High is a rather large company leaving room for experience, knowledge, and growth. Marijuana Knowledge and Industry Experience is a plus but not required we will train the right candidates. At least 1 year in Retail Sales, customer service or hospitality -- any industry
Requirements / Skills for Bud Tenders:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Customer service oriented and result driven
Duties for Bud Tenders/Sales Associates Include:
-Making sales
-Creative in-house marketing
-Upkeep of the facility
-Up to date with all current and changing State Laws and Regulations
-Have superb organizational skills
Applicants must be 21+ years old, Obtain a Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge or able to obtain one within 10 business days.
