The Position
As Project Manager you will be the navigator working directly with the founding CEO and COO to manage several projects, including a major machine fabrication project and launching several hemp and marijuana processing centers. Your ability to proactively and constructively oversee project planning and execution, communication with a cross-functional team, all while tracking project budgets (with support from our bookkeeper) and providing stakeholders with weekly status reports is crucial. As a critical team member you will help define project scope, goals and deliverables as well as create schedules and project timelines. With the invaluable insight that you will gain in tracking deliverables, we will count on you to not only quickly identify potential problems but also suggest possible solutions so that we can manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
We have ambitious goals of opening numerous partner facilities over the next few years throughout the country. In order to accomplish these goals, we will need to learn from the first buildouts and meticulously document the process, so that it is repeatable as we expand to new markets.

Vapor Distilled provides proprietary cannabis oil extraction services to the legal cannabis and hemp industries using a revolutionary thermal extraction process. Our thermal extraction technology utilizes heated air and a proprietary condensation method to selectively distill and isolate the active compounds of the cannabis plant at a fraction of the operating cost of conventional methods while using a safe, natural extraction process that is free of harmful hydrocarbon solvents.
Our operating costs to extract cannabis oil are a fraction of that of our nearest competitors, and we are positioned to undercut the market on price while delivering a superior product. With increasing revenues and customer traction, fortified by a market-crushing cost advantage, we are ready to grow and expand quickly.
