Full Tilt Ice Cream in Ballard is a busy ice cream shop and pinball arcade. We are seeking a scooper interested in working 3+ closing shifts per week. This position includes front of house and back of house duties, with an emphasis on excellent customer service and maintaining a clean environment.
We are ramping up to the busiest time of the year and are seeking a candidate who thrives in a busy environment.
Duties will include interacting positively with many customers per shift, scooping ice cream, making milkshakes and sundaes, serving alcohol, making fresh waffle cones, doing dishes, cleaning games and seating areas, putting away orders, keeping floors clean, hosting occasional party events, and performing all assigned shift duties.
The ideal candidate is positive, high-energy, neat, and reliable. We also prefer prior food service industry experience, and employment references. You must have a current Food Workers Card issued by the Washington State Department of Health and have (or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire) a Class 12 Permit obtained by undergoing Mandatory Alcohol Server Training through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
