Precision Valley Communications is seeking a responsible individual for the position of Warehouse Technician. Applicants should have experience within a warehousing/inventory environment. This position is responsible for actively participating in the warehouse operations and activities by assisting subcontractors and employees with the maintenance of the warehouse materials and inventory systems. This position is responsible for maintaining the organization and tracking of all materials within the warehouse. Applicants must posses a valid driver's license and posses strong computer skills. Forklift experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

The ITSD is announcing a permanent opportunity for an API/Software Automation Tester (IT Specialist 4). As an integral part of the Applications Team, this position reports to the Software Quality Assurance Supervisor and performs senior level quality assurance testing by providing general applications technical knowledge of software development for both internal and externally facing web and Windows application systems. The ideal candidate will have the skills, knowledge and ability to plan, develop, lead and execute API and software automation testing. The ideal candidate will have the expert level knowledge to plan and control the projects throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle, guide and mentor the team in high level design of the test artifacts and test processes. This position will also support the management in optimizing the procedures and standards of the quality assurance unit. Additionally, this position supports existing and future WSLCB applications, by providing quality assurance for software applications, databases, and deployments for medium to highly complex modifications with little to no instructions using both manual and automated test processes.
 

Duties

<li>Design, develop and perform thorough manual and automated regression testing of applications GUIs, data conversions, system upgrades, system integrations and various interfaces including APIs.

<li>Use advance SQL commands to prepare data for testing, validate data integrity, create scripts to compare and validate data results from testing.

<li>Troubleshoot, determine business impact, resolve or escalate issues resulting from failed tests.

The Assistant Grower is responsible for assisting the Farm Manager in daily upkeep and development of the Urban Farm, located at ReVision Family Home.
 Typical function include but are not limited to:

<li>Plants, tends, and harvests field and greenhouse crops, adhering to organic and sustainable farming practices as directed.</li>

The Inventory Specialist reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, is responsible for cycle counting, receiving, issuing, picking, and packing inventory and supplies. Inventory Specialist

Position Overview 
4Front, a rapidly expanding national leader in the growing state-legal medical marijuana licensing sector, seeks a full-time, exempt Talent Directorto support all of its operations in the US. This position reports to 4Front’s leadership team and is responsible for working with the executive team to determine the composition and content of the workforce required to position the organization for current and future business objectives. Duties

Position – General Manager
Reports to – CEO
The General Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day dispensary operations in compliance with state laws, regulations and local ordinances. They will support all dispensary agents through continued training, clear communication, scheduling, performance reviews, and course correct to ensure optimum performance. Strong leadership skills will be used to foster a culture focused on teamwork, customer service, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities and Expectations
<ul><li>Satisfies and completes inventory operational requirements by effectively scheduling and completing job tasks to achieve Dalwhinnie Farms’ established and desired work results. Furthermore, the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will ensure he/she is always busy managing supply chain logistics and/or working on other selected inventory tasks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Closely supervises and manages the order fulfillment process through email, phone, and METRC database platforms to include order entry, manifest administration, and shipping. Specifically this includes effectively communicating with the GM and applicable production managers to set product pick-up appointments and coordinate the reporting of laboratory test results.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follows and completes the production and sales plan by overseeing the order tracking process and ensuring orders are fulfilled in accordance with Dalwhinnie Farms’ customer service standards. In addition the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will consistently communicate with staff and vendors to discuss production results, establish priorities, monitor potential bottlenecks, resolve problems, and report the outcomes of the process flow on summary charts and worksheets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains packaging and labeling requirements by ordering and monitoring day-to-day supplies such as product bags, label paper, and operational tools. This includes overall budget planning, financial forecasting, and initiating and monitoring supply procurement orders until delivery.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Correctly packages and executes wholesale product transactions when inventory levels across the board are adequate. Furthermore, the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will arrange the product transfer, package the product with laboratory tests, invoice(s), manifest(s), and any new business licenses.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provides input to strategic decisions that impact the functional areas of cultivation, post-production processing, and inventory storage. The Inventory and Fulfillment Manager needs to be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and correctly coordinate solutions across departments and managerial levels.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collects and reviews all inventory, sales, and production data and regularly updates internal business databases such as Google Docs, METRC, and applicable third party computer applications. Products that fall under this seed-to-sale tracking database management include whole cannabis plants in cultivation, harvested cannabis flower in dry/cure, manicured trim, and residual kief.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain and foster strong relationships with third party vendors (both buyers and suppliers) to ensure a high level of service and timely delivery. The Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will work with product buyers and service vendors to provide detailed information on outstanding order status to include scheduling, production, transportation, and distribution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provides inventory and order fulfillment information by compiling, initiating, organizing, and reviewing production performance records and data sets, specifically the METRC seed-to-sale tracking system, invoices and receipts booked appropriately, as well as all company Google Drive documents. In addition, the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will be available for fielding questions and responding to requests from the GM and Senior Leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Secures and accounts for all cannabis product(s) by implementing and abiding by Dalwhinnie Farms security systems and safety measures. In addition, the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will protect employees by providing a safe and clean workplace environment and ensure the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with all legal requirements at the local city and state levels to include updating MSDS documents and engaging applicable software applications to uphold compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Upholds inventory standards, production operations, and the customer service experience by working in a collaborative manner, coordinating processes, and enforcing Dalwhinnie Farms program, procedural, and personnel policies and expectations regarding product availability and quality. In addition, this specifically includes assisting the Dalwhinnie Farms trim staff in trim operations, participating in the harvest process when necessary, and any other garden tasks associated with production maintenance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Creates and revises systems and processes by analyzing production practices, record keeping systems, forms of authorization, product workflow, as well as executes policy changes as directed by the GM and Senior Leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Present and communicate departmental projects, order volume, and product escalations/shortfalls to staff during daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and conference calls. Additionally, the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager will establish and implement training procedures for daily and specialized processes regarding product storage, packaging, manifesting, and delivery.</li></ul>
