Job Description:

Established cannabis company seeking Sales Representative for Eugene, Oregon market. This position is based in Bend and surrounding areas, with heavy emphasis on neighborhood specific sales.

Account Manager (Full Time) - Training to begin ASAP

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sales methods for generating leads and closing accounts.
Adopt established strategies while having the ability to adapt and suggest modifications to improve those strategies.
Develop and nurture relationships with industry partners and accounts.
Set and meet personal goals as well as organizational goals.
Collect and report market information.
Learn and utilize CRM system (Zoho)
Attend weekly sales meetings, on-site promotions.
Represent Grown Rogue and the cannabis industry well and in line with our vision and brand.

Requirements:

Be able to speak intelligently about cannabis, educate those less informed than you, and learn from those more informed without an ego.
Must possess or acquire Oregon Marijuana Worker's Permit through the OLCC
Must have a driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
At a minimum 1-year experience working in a sales or customer service position (B2B a plus).
Ability to utilize or learn quickly various software programs.
Ability to track and report expenses.
