The Role

The Inventory and Purchasing Manager will be responsible for all inventory related tasks for our Maryland RISE Dispensary locations. You will capture accurate product cost data and ensure the data is properly reflected in the company’s information and accounting systems. This role will be essential in assessing and improving profitability while providing support for accurate and meaningful financial statements while serving as a liaison between store management in Maryland and the corporate accounting team, located in Chicago.

Responsibilities

Ensure company inventory is maintained in accordance with company policies and state regulations and is standardized across all stores in Maryland</li>

Build and maintain expertise in company’s inventory software systems, serving as a point person for other personnel in your market</li>

 We are currently seeking a full-time LPN Dispensing Nurse for our Springfield (Habit OPCO) Comprehensive Treatment Center. Hours are 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM, days vary.

 

Springfield (Habit OPCO) CTC, a member of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is a part of the leader in medication assisted treatment for individuals struggling with an opioid addiction. With full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications, we are prepared to treat the entire problem, not just a piece of it.
 
Position Characteristics

The Dispensing Nurse (LPN) provides basic medical care to patients in an outpatient addiction recovery environment; maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures; provides for the safe and efficient dispensing of doses of medication to patients consistent with the organization's procedure and as ordered by the Medical Director or Physician; responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress.

Position Description:

Position available consists of operating, loading, placing, hauling materials necessary to place, install, maintain, or repair utility systems. Also consists of providing assistance to crews, as needed, with heavy lifting, pulling, placing, and digging as required. Individual must comply with all OSHA, state/city/municipality regulations.

This position must have experience in the operation of loader, skid steer, dump truck and other heavy equipment as needed. This position reports to the Construction Supervisor. This individual must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards. They must adhere to all local/state/federal compliance requirements, as well as training provided by the company. They must pass all company drug testing, background checks and driver’s license requirements.

Requirements:

<li>Works with and assists the crew in digging trenches, lifting materials, tools, utility repairs, equipment and any other related work.</li>

Heavy Equipment Operator

This is a Full-Time; FLSA Non-Exempt; Benefits eligible position reporting directly to the Area Manager. Position Summary : 
This position is responsible for sifting through cured batches; separating, weighing, packaging, sealing, labeling and tracking the product precisely and effectively. They are also responsible for the tracking of each batch, making sure that all product is accounted for, packaged appropriately and noted on all forms appropriately and according to company policy and practices, as well as state, local and MED laws and regulations.
Essential Functions : 
<ul>
<li>Identify retail needs based on store inventory levels and prioritize packaging based their warehouses current cured inventory.</li>
<li>Breakdown cured batches into multiple different weight increments (1.75 g, 3.5 g, 7 g, etc…) and package them accordingly; adhering to a retail requested 2:1 ratio of 1/8ths to 1/16ths.</li>
<li>Employee must package product without degrading the quality, weighing it on a state certified scale to an exact weight and placing the product in the bag without damaging it.</li>
<li>Properly note all packages and increments on the batches Cure Form for reconciliation.</li>
<li>Employee is responsible for printing labels for each package and adhering them to the bag.</li>

Other daily tasks include: 
1. Client follow up on filled orders to ensure customer satisfaction and assess needs.
2. Updating availability sheet by contacting facilities to get updated counts then inputting onto excel sheet.
3. Scheduling pickups from our facilities with driver and ensuring paperwork is in order.
4. Tracking balances and accounts via spreadsheets.
5. Assisting customer pickups at facility for small orders.
6. Filing and keeping documents organized
7. Ordering supplies
Desired skills: 
1. Responsible and timely. It is important you show up to work on time and when you are scheduled to work
2. Metric experience is desired but not a requirement
3. Marijuana handlers permit (you can obtain one online in 15 min)
4. Cannabis industry experience or knowledge (not required)
5. Office experience and computer proficiency required.
6. Professional level writing &amp; speaking skills. Must be able to type a professional response to clients when responding to emails and must be articulate when speaking with clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
