We are looking for a Client Marketing Manager, hopefully with some interest in the cannabis industry, who can work on ensuring our top greenRush clients (dispensaries) are getting the best value.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
There would be a very wide range of internet marketing related responsibilities including but not limited to:
 
Marketing strategy
 Measuring results, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
 Reporting &amp; reviewing results with clients
 Coordinating with the Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure that top tiered clients are getting the most value
 Affiliate program management
 Google Adwords management
 Facebook advertising
 Landing page development
 Come up with brilliant ideas on how we can disrupt traditional digital agencies via custom software development and machine learning
 
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS
 
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
 
Experience using Facebook ad manager
 
Solid understanding of social media management tools
 
Experience with Google Analytics
 
Ability to develop effective working relationships with co-workers and clients

Partner Marketing Manager

Bay to Bay Enterprises is seeking an experienced and professional Cultivation Manager to manage our indoor, hydroponic operation in the heart of Santa Rosa, California's premier cannabis region. You will supervise a staff of 5 and manage an operation with a well-earned reputation for high-quality production.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
<ul>
<li>Manage and Supervise 5000sq/ft licensed indoor hydroponic cultivation facility, including mother plant maintenance, tissue culture, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering.</li>
<li>Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.</li>
<li>Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.</li>
<li>Cataloging, track and organize of plant and yield records from seed-to-harvest.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pest and disease control and management (ie. IPM)</li>
<li>Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties: Wash and sanitize all equipment. Ensure all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.</li>
<li>Uphold quality of the finished product through employing attention to detail while supervising staff in breaking down and caring for flowers.</li>
<li>Account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves separately to “waste” for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to “useable by-product” (trim).</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

<li>Some college or college graduate preferred majoring in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Planet Science, Forestry, or related field</li>
<li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent.</li>
<li>A minimum of 1-2 years of experience processing cannabis or other botanicals preferred.</li>
<li>Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer experience a plus.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years old per state regulations and pass a criminal background check</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.</li>
<li>Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.</li>
<li>Ability to walk on uneven terrain.</li>
<li>Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.</li>
<li>Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location.</li>
