Pauley Construction, Inc. is seeking an entry Quality Insurance Coordinator Apprentice to be based out of our Centennial, Colorado office. This is a Full-Time; Temporary; FLSA Non-Exempt; Benefits eligible position reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor. This is an entry level apprentice position that will have the average shift spent 80% in the field and 20% in the office. Position will end in or around the beginning of September 2018. This position may have the option of pursuing full-time employment depending upon job availability.

Position Overview:

The QC Representative Apprentice is responsible for assuring that that quality of the work meets or exceeds a project’s contractual requirements, and maintains the standard of excellence established by Pauley Construction, Inc. Will document, monitor, track, and submit all testing and inspection records and data. Will monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site. Will document all inspections in required QC reports.

Job consists of verifying billing/as-builts against actual field findings. Position is expected to do minor construction related work such as shoveling dirt, gravel hand holes, etc.)

This individual must have a valid driver’s license, pass all company drug testing, and adhere to all local, city/municipality, state, federal, OSHA, DOT, safety requirements and training provided by company. This position must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards.

You will supervise a staff of 5 and manage an operation with a well-earned reputation for high-quality production.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

<li>Manage and Supervise 5000sq/ft licensed indoor hydroponic cultivation facility, including mother plant maintenance, tissue culture, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering.</li>

Front End Developer Intern

We are a cannabis company seeking a Full-Time Staff Accountant.

Position Summary: 
The staff accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly Account Reconciliations for Expense, Asset and Liability accounts on a monthly basis. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of balance sheet and expense accounts. Assist the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Accountant in the timely closing of the accounting records on a monthly basis and preparation of accurate Financial Statements.
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain various logs and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and any other supporting schedules such as fixed asset, prepaid expenses, and accruals</li>
<li>Respond to multiple departments inquiries in a prompt and cooperative manner</li>
<li>Responsible for preparing monthly journal entries including, but not limited to: monthly accruals, reoccurring entries such as prepaid and cost allocations, and miscellaneous adjusting entries</li>
<li>Prepare various accounting reporting such as: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on an as needed basis</li>
<li>Verifies vendors for accurate 1099 reporting according to IRS regulations</li>
<li>Daily and monthly bank reconciliations, or on an as needed basis</li>
<li>Perform month-end closing procedures and submit reports in a timely manner in accordance with the department calendar and schedule</li>
<li>Corporate balance sheet and income statement variance analysis</li>
<li>Post regular retail revenue entries accurately and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Assists in year-end activities, including audit and tax return preparation</li>
<li>Ensure recognition of expenses/revenues in the proper period</li>
<li>Update and maintain fixed asset tracking system</li>
<li>Complete daily cash reconciliation</li>
<li>Assist in process improvement and systems implementation initiatives</li>
<li>Perform intercompany reconciliations and make any necessary adjusting entries</li>
<li>Reconcile monthly vendor statements against paid invoices</li>
<li>Calculate and file monthly state sales tax and other regulatory reporting</li>
<li>Assist with ad hoc reports and other special assignments when needed</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements:

<li>Colorado driver’s license or State ID card</li>
<li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age</li>
<li>Must pass any and all required background checks</li>
<li>Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry</li>
<li>Must be approved by the MED to receive a key badge</li>

Minimum Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field or combination of education and experience</li>
<li>2-4 year’s experience in accounting and/or accounts receivable/payable</li>
</ul>

Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role is routinely exposed to: florescent lighting, varying lighting, and frequent use of viewing a computer screen. Standard office equipment is utilized in this role.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday thru Friday 9:00am through 5:00pm. Some holidays maybe required. This position be required to be on-call and perform overtime hours in access of 40 hours a week due to business needs.
