Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Processor shall comply with all state and local laws and company SOPs, policies, codes of conduct, and emergency and safety procedures. Direct, maintain, and oversee execution in all areas of the production department, which includes safety, productivity, production schedule, quality, process improvements, and order fulfillments. Develops and executes departmental management improvement plan to exceed company expectations and MIP guidelines. Direct and supervise subordinates.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the Colorado Cannabis Company Management Team is to be maintained to ensure all operational needs are met and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved proactively.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuring proper manufacturing, packaging, labeling and production documentation.
- Responsible for fulfilling orders according to standard procedure and creating product delivery manifests.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis.
- Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
- Colorado MED Key Badge, METRC certified.
- Must be able to operate analytical instruments and analyze data.
- ServSafe certified.
- College degree or an equivalent level of education and experience
- Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains, reviews, tracks and archives all product related controlled documents, including manifests.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal procedures, practices, and communication protocols as required by regulation.
- Audit files to ensure proper record keeping including: testing, manifest and transfer logs. Ensure facility is operating compliantly.
- Oversee product labeling and packaging.
- Complete and maintain production logs and other required paperwork.
- Adheres to cGMP, GLP, HIPAA, and FIPA compliance standards. Implements Standard Operating Procedures for quality and production related topics.
- Create product labels, review proofs and specifications for consumables and concentrates.
- Preparation of orders according to standard procedure
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of fulfillment, including packaging and deliveries.
- Responsible for processing orders for vendor accounts and fulfilling orders; reviews orders for accuracy and completion.
- Responsible for detailed product knowledge, processing time and vendor policies.
- Assist the compliance manager to ensure compliant application of State and local laws governing all aspects of production, product processing, packaging and distribution.
- Supervises and directs the activities of assigned staff.
- Creation of manifest for all product to be sent to retail locations.
- Supervise all packaging technicians, follow company SOPs.
- Data entry and oversight of METRC reconciliations.
- Perform other official duties as assigned.
