JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Director of Human Resources will be responsible for managing the entire HR department, coordinating with executives/stakeholders to inform and strategize on the best ways to grow the business, and ensure compliance with all international, federal, state and local laws for every location in which we expand. This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary frequently. The position is based in Portland, OR and requires up to 25% travel. Some of the travel is international. RESPONSIBLITIES

 
EXECUTIVE:

<li>Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and execute a strategy for assigned territory that generates and develops new business.</li>
<li>High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Willingness to work occasional weekends to support industry trade shows &amp; events.</li>
<li>Willingness to work after-hours for educational business meetings, trade shows, events &amp; presentations.</li>
<li>2 years of customer service experience.</li>
