The Product Preparation Manager is a critical position that helps maintain the flow of cannabis products as they come in to the department, are prepared for Retail sales, and shipped to retail locations. In other words, the Product Preparation Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking cultivation products (various flower grades, trim, kief) through the product pipeline (packaging, pre-rolls, in-house extraction, third-party extraction, CDP production, etc.) based on demand. In many ways, the department that the Manager will be in charge of can be thought of like a stockroom with product preparation duties.
An ideal Product Prep Manager will be someone with extensive inventory experience, a proven track record of managing people, a history with loss prevention policy and procedure, have exceptional time management capabilities, and be of an analytical / task-oriented mindset.
The product preparation manager will be responsible for managing a crew of product packagers, a kitchen supervisor that produces edibles, and the inventory tracking and organization that goes along with accepting multiple products and shipping them out to our retail locations. The job will require managing people and tasks, tracking inventory, maintaining compliance in a tracking software system and ensuring products are labeled. This will require close collaboration with the Cultivation, Retail and Marketing departments. In addition, you may have to work with third-parties such as cannabis manufacturers and/or flower wholesalers.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience as well as good understanding of how to manage both people and a product pipeline. Likewise, good written and verbal communication skills are essential. In order to successfully work with colleagues on the implementation of plans and to be able to evaluate various data tracking measures, you will need to have a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel. New Mexico has strict product tracking and content testing standards. Compliance and adherence to procedures and policies is critical. In addition, you will be expected to write and update operating procedures. Being able to manage people and instill a positive company culture is the most important skill for the Product Preparation Manager.

JOB PURPOSE

Large Account Business Development Manager

photosynthetic needs and will help our customers save energy and increase yields.

The Large Account Lighting Business Development Manager will be an important member of our high-performing 
sales team. The focus of this position is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing 
clients. They will also work to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and create winning sales 
propositions around these requirements.

The focus of this position would be customers throughout North America initially, and is designed as a selling and 
market-building position that will provide account-level leadership to identify and qualify prospects, create plans, 
and execute against these plans. Our ideal candidate would be in the US or Canada.

Large Accounts Business Development Manager

Position will be located in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities-

<ul><li>Setting up and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines used in the production of the Company’s</li></ul>
product.
<ul>
<li>Ensure that all machinery is operational.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot machines and CNC programs for problems and inefficiencies</li>
<li>Perform daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas.</li>
<li>Read blueprints and process control plans</li>
<li>Requires the ability to use specialized equipment.</li>
<li>Keep scrap levels to a minimum.</li>
<li>Ensure that the “zero gap” process is performed.</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned by manufacturing floor leadership.
</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications-

<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience CNC machining</li>
<li>1-2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED and some college education preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to document work, and track project status</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand shop floor routers</li>
<li>Good communication skills including basic reading, writing, and math skills</li>
<li>Must be able to work on assignments that are moderately complex.</li>
<li>Must be able to use a moderate amount of judgment required to perform assigned task.</li>
<li>Able to learn and retain the operation of all equipment in the facility.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with standard Microsoft Windows computer operation.</li>
<li>The work requires light physical effort with frequent lifting and/or moving of materials in the 10-50-pound range and occasional
</li>
</ul>
lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects. May require normal range of 
hearing and vision to operate machinery.
