JOB DESCRIPTION: (Budtender) starting out at $12 depending on experience
Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for retail product knowledge
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers
- Store organization and cleanliness
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Commitment to a minimum 40-hour work week
- Other duties as assigned by the Management Team
JOB DESCRIPTION: (Receptionist)
- Responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers
- Other duties as assigned by the Management Team
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Desire to learn about our products
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality
- Fun attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet proficiently.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location movement
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age
- Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled
- Have dependable transportation.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum
- Previous Sales or Retail experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
- MED Support or Key Badge
- Reliable Transportation
- Cannabis knowledge is preferred
- Available to work flexible hours (Monday - Sunday) Early Mornings/Evenings, Weekends, and holidays.
