<li>AP- bill entry, check runs and cash management, vendor management and cost analysis</li>
<li>AR- collections, payment receipts, report management</li>
<li>Monthly, daily sales and pretty cash reconciliations and reporting</li>
<li>Corporate credit card management and reconciliations</li>
<li>Bank account reconciliations</li>
<li>Month end closing duties</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Advance knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word a must</li>
<li>General bookkeeping processes a must</li>
<li>3 years minimum of bookkeeping/accounting experience</li>
<li>Ability to deal professionally with vendors and customers</li>
<li>Organized and able to work independently, and manage deadlines</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Excellent record keeping and organization skills</li>
<li>Advance knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word a must</li>
<li>Have a positive outlook on cannabis</li>
<li>Upbeat and can-do attitude</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a MED badge</li>
</ul>

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
