Executive Marketing Assistant

Established cannabis company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide part-time marketing and administrative support to the CEO. The candidate must be flexible in handling a variety of tasks that will be primarily marketing related, but could include other admin tasks. Work in South Denver office 3-5 days a week with flexible hours.

Part-time that could lead to full time. $20/hr

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing support primarily for CEO, including writing content for marketing, offering creative feedback, editing content for accuracy and effectiveness, proofing all outgoing documents. Help CEO manage his social media channels (primarily Linkedin) but could involve other channels.
• Provide administrative support primarily for CEO, including writing email content to clients, thank you letters to existing clients, and letters to prospective clients.
• Assist with the development of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creation of collateral materials (brochures, flyers, multi-media) as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into concise copy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, self-directed and detail oriented.
• Confident in ability to write professional communications and other content.
• Strong social media skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• At least 1 to 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Professional experience in the Cannabis industry a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in progress or completed preferred.

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
