Position Description:

The position of a Supervisor within the structure of Pauley Construction is to manage three to four crews consisting of crew leaders or foremen. The type of work would generally consist of repetitive and redundant work assignments that would exist in a Superintendent’s structure. This position must also be able to communicate with external customers including city inspectors and personnel. This position will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction meetings and keeping safety and production records along with doing as-builds. This position will also need to be able to address issues as they arise in the field.

Functionary Role:

The main objective of a Supervisor is to directly manage each crew and type of work assigned. The three main focus areas are safety, quality and meeting or exceeding production requirements as established by the Superintendent and Area Manager.

Financial Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinates with the Superintendent to invoice jobs in a timely manner as established in company policy and area goals for each job.</li>

Safety/Risk Management:

<li>Each Supervisor will ensure that all company safety policies, OSHA, DOT and any special requirements of a project are in compliance with each crew assignment.</li>
<li>All accident investigations, including job damage, employee injury and vehicle accidents will be the responsibility of the Supervisor and Superintendent.</li>
<li>Attends all safety meetings with the Superintendent and crews assigned to the Supervisor.</li>
<li>Attends all in-house training and out-sourced training as adopted in the company policy.</li>
<li>Is responsible along with the Superintendent for all property owner complaints and personally investigates all complaints.</li>
<li>Assures 100% adherence to all company safety policies.</li>
</ul>
 Facilities:

The Supervisor will assist the Superintendent in keeping all office, yard, shop, job sites and storage areas in a neat and orderly condition.

Operational Structure:

Crew leaders and foremen will report to a Supervisor. Multiple subcontractors may be assigned to a Supervisor.

Customer Relations:

In general, the Superintendent is responsible for customer relations. However, geographic assignments within a Superintendent’s structure may require the Supervisor to have limited customer responsibilities. These responsibilities will be communicated by the Superintendent.

Equipment Management/Equipment Needs:

JOB SUMMARY
Join our KCIW team in Williamsport , PA - as a Patient Intake Specialist, your main responsibility will be to assist patients in checking into the dispensary and collecting their information. Patient Coordinator engages in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until the Pharmacist or Nurse is ready for their appointment. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Cresco Yeltrah will be required.
CORE JOB DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Greeting customers upon arrival to Dispensary and inputting information into system</li>
<li>Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty</li>
<li>Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID from patients</li>
<li>Responsible for driving patient experience</li>
<li>Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system</li>
<li>Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)</li>
<li>Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store</li>
<li>Maintain an organized and clean store</li>
<li>Manage the visitor log</li>
<li>Reporting of employee issues or patient situations</li>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>High Energy, Patient Focused, Compassionate</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body</li>
<li>Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public</li>
<li>Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures</li>
</ul>
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years’ old or older to work at the store</li>
<li>Must pass any and all required background checks</li>
<li>Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry</li>
