Job Description
As the Store Manager you will be the chief person responsible for one of Kaya’s retail locations. You’ll take responsibility for the store as if it was your own: assuring that it’s staffed and stocked appropriately, the it adheres to Company policies and operates in compliance with all state and local laws, and that it provides an excellent experience for its staff and customers and assure that the store is running smoothly at all times. The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the store, store inventory, opening and closing, staff scheduling, and overseeing all staff members throughout the week and day.
Provide expert advice to customers in all areas of the store. Proactively build and maintain customer relationships. Motivate and lead staff and maintain a positive work environment.

The Store Manager regularly works early mornings and/or late nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our retail setting. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds, perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling; the store manager will also be spending several hours a day viewing a computer screen.
