This position will have full responsibility for operations and services for commercial applicants and licensees of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), and will report directly to the OMMA Director.


Duties include, but are not limited to: <ul>
<li>Administer the licensing program for all growers, processors, dispensaries, and transporters within the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.</li>
<li>Oversee the licensing and application processing for commercial entities.</li>
<li>Oversee the inspection processes for commercial entities.</li>
<li>Ensure all program activities align with relevant agency rules and state statutes.</li>
<li>Participate in the planning and execution of the budget, while ensuring that the program operates within budgeted resources.</li>
