Job Summary 
Responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house CATV Coax Splicing construction crews. The Coax Splicing Supervisor helps set the direction for the coax splicing work and removes roadblocks so the crew members will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable. The Field Supervisor shall not have the authority to enter into any contract on behalf of the company. Specific duties include:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for performing field inspections of cable/fiber/coax placement, splicing and construction work.</li>
<li>Assist in building out both underground and aerial aspects of the network</li>
<li>Conduct pre-survey of construction packages</li>
<li>Read and interpret CATV construction drawings and blueprints</li>
<li>Track daily production for crew and achieve schedule demands at all times</li>
<li>Completes walk-through with foreman and customer</li>
<li>Keep the Project Manager and customer updated on progress of project</li>
<li>Evaluate crew member’s performance and provide coaching</li>
<li>Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements.</li>
<li>Interact with subcontractors and field personnel regarding work completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for vehicle maintenance and inventory control of all on-site equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Review and authorize daily work reports.</li>
<li>At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of Aerial CATV construction &amp; coax splicing techniques/tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of outside plant safety and procedures</li>
<li>Working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents</li>
<li>Ability to direct crews and communicate with teammates and customers</li>
<li>Practical knowledge on Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, etc</li>
<li>Familiar with construction equipment</li>
<li>Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required</li>
<li>Flexible and work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines</li>
<li>Must have earned high-school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have valid drivers license</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug and background screenings</li>

Job Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator will be responsible for quality inspections of the placement of copper and/or fiber optics cable, conduit, grounding and bonding inspections, hand hole, pedestal and aerial terminal placement. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Perform quality control inspections of all aerial/underground cable projects with in-house and subcontracted crews.</li>
<li>Inspect fiber cable placement on poles and in splice points</li>

Job Summary

The Aerial Crew Groundhand will assist lineman/foreman by perform general labor tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of aerial telecommunication systems. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

This position will support CannaCrafts sales efforts in Southern California, specifically focused on retailers within the greater Los Angeles area. We are looking for an exceptional Account Management professional who will be focused on driving our brands in store presence with our retail partners and their teams. This position plays a key role in the adoption, awareness, support and enthusiasm of selling CannaCraft products and brands.

Responsibilities:

<li>Positively represent all CannaCraft brands in stores and at events by championing the products and providing product education to store staff and their customers</li>

JOB PURPOSE
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the Production and Warehouse teams in four states to forecast and procure supplies as needed, and to manage the purchasing and procurement teams in Oregon. RESPONSIBILITIES
