 POSITION SUMMARY
 The qualified individual will have experience as an Extraction Technician with a background in either Cannabis and/or Organic and Inorganic chemistry for Medical and Recreational purposes. Previous experience with MIPs production and oil extraction techniques and familiarity with CO2 and extraction processes. This position is responsible for commercial production as well as refinement to existing processes and development of new ones. The Extraction Technician completes tasks assigned by the Lab Manger to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. The Extraction Technician maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including: prepping, extracting, and packaging.  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
 Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related field. 
At least two years of experience with Supercritical Fluid Extraction in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures, preferably a regulated field producing cannabis-infused, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products. 
Experience with Extraction Purification and Analysis preferred, but not required. 
Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties.

Job Summary 
The Fiber Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house Fiber Splicers. Specific duties include:

Job Summary

The Underground CATV Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily production and activities of subcontractor and in-house cable TV construction crews. The Underground Construction Supervisor helps set the direction for the CATV construction work and removes roadblocks so the crew members will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise all operations to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees working on project are working safely and productively.</li>
<li>Provide on the job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.</li>
<li>Act as liaison between CCG and our customer.</li>
<li>Train, supervise, discipline, evaluate field crew. Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action.</li>
<li>Ensure and maintain all customer and company quality control and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.</li>
<li>Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.</li>
<li>Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built.</li>
<li>Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.</li>
<li>At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.</li>
</ul>
Skills/Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have extensive experience working and supervising underground fiber/CATV construction.</li>
<li>Must be able to read construction maps.</li>
<li>Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.</li>
<li>Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.</li>
<li>Knowledge of outside plant safety and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to direct crews and communicate with teammates and customers</li>
<li>Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Flexible and work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines</li>
<li>Must have earned high-school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have valid drivers license</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug and background screening (including DMV check)</li>

Job Summary 
Responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house CATV Coax Splicing construction crews. The Coax Splicing Supervisor helps set the direction for the coax splicing work and removes roadblocks so the crew members will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable. The Field Supervisor shall not have the authority to enter into any contract on behalf of the company. Specific duties include:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for performing field inspections of cable/fiber/coax placement, splicing and construction work.</li>
<li>Assist in building out both underground and aerial aspects of the network</li>
<li>Conduct pre-survey of construction packages</li>
<li>Read and interpret CATV construction drawings and blueprints</li>
<li>Track daily production for crew and achieve schedule demands at all times</li>
<li>Completes walk-through with foreman and customer</li>
<li>Keep the Project Manager and customer updated on progress of project</li>
<li>Evaluate crew member’s performance and provide coaching</li>
<li>Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements.</li>
<li>Interact with subcontractors and field personnel regarding work completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for vehicle maintenance and inventory control of all on-site equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Review and authorize daily work reports.</li>
<li>At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of Aerial CATV construction &amp; coax splicing techniques/tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of outside plant safety and procedures</li>
<li>Working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents</li>
<li>Ability to direct crews and communicate with teammates and customers</li>
<li>Practical knowledge on Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, etc</li>
<li>Familiar with construction equipment</li>
<li>Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required</li>
<li>Flexible and work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines</li>
<li>Must have earned high-school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have valid drivers license</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug and background screenings</li>
