Assistant Grower

Summary 
The Cultivation Associate - Laborer is primarily responsible for cleaning, upkeep and sanitation of the cultivation facility. Including, but not limited to, hand watering or irrigating plants as well as washing and sanitizing all equipment for pests, viruses and disease. At times, the Cultivation Associate – Laborer is responsible for quality and efficient cannabis plant trimming in preparation for sale. Duties include, but are not limited to, placing, skirting, trellising, weaving, super cropping, and de-fanning plants. Performing all duties in accordance with company best practices at the cultivation facility is the most important aspect of the Cultivation Associate – Laborer position.

Available immediately, are several experienced Central Office Technician positions in the Great Midwestern Region.
 
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years telecom installation experience. Experience with Telecom Power, Rectifiers, Inverters and Batteries is highly preferred but not required.
 Ideal candidates will also have experience with: wiring - punch down - wire wrap - cable running – stitching.
 
Candidates should be able to perform additions and removals of common telecom equipment and telecom hardware. Installers should also be able to add or remove cable and connections on non-working equipment without supervision. In addition, installers should be qualified to lead both verification testing and continuity testing as well as be able to analyze, mark, correct, and resolve specifications as well as problems with drawings.

Job Summary 
The Fiber Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house Fiber Splicers. Specific duties include:

<li>Responsible for performing field inspections of fiber placement, splicing and construction work.</li>
<li>Assist in building out both underground and aerial aspects of the network.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-survey of construction packages.</li>
<li>Read and interpret CATV construction drawings and blueprints.</li>
<li>Track daily production for crew and achieve schedule demands at all times.</li>
<li>Daily problem solving of day to day issues found in the field.</li>
<li>Evaluate crew member’s performance and provide coaching.</li>
<li>Communicate with PM/Director and customer real-time feedback on day-to-day operations of project.</li>
<li>Responsible for workforce compliance with all safety regulations including all OSHA requirements.</li>
<li>Interact with subcontractors and field personnel regarding work completion, and resolve conflicts when necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for vehicle maintenance and inventory control of all on-site equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Review and authorize daily work reports.</li>
<li>At times, may be required to perform work along with field personnel.</li>

The Coax Splicer is responsible for performing tasks associated with the electronic upgrade and splicing of coaxial cable for cable television systems in an outside plant environment.
 
Testing, tuning and balancing equipment in order to troubleshoot a service line.
 Repair or splice in new line as needed to complete the testing and certification of the project.
 Place and install required coax cable when necessary to complete assignment.
 Install all passive and active devices, pedestals, and vaults and coax splice cases required to house CATV equipment per customer requirements.
 Train and ensure newer employees are learning and using safe work practices at all times.
 Test Coax – RF lines for balanced signal between points – continuity and fault
 Troubleshooting and repair of Coax line and line equipment
 Read and understand site plans, maps and diagrams needed to support project.
 Skills/Qualifications
 Preferred: 1-2 years of OSP telecommunication construction experience; cable experience
 Preferred: 1-2 years of experienced in splicing, balancing, and documenting CATV systems
 Practical knowledge on Microsoft Office products.

Job Summary 
Responsible for overseeing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house CATV Coax Splicing construction crews.
