Summary of Position 
The Brand Ambassador Position will assist in all duties that pertain to prospecting new customers as well as supporting current customers and generating revenue in an assigned territory for the company. This person is extremely organized and has great attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: prospecting calls, Bud Tender trainings, Dispensary Pop ups and Demo’s, supporting existing dispensary business while creating new opportunities, working community and industry events and trade shows, etc. We are self-starters and you should be, too. Do not expect to get micromanaged, as your daily routine will be left to you. Key Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Position available consists of general construction laborer/utility worker. Travel is required but typically within the state. Performs general utility installation, repairs, maintenance of telephone and cable systems. Position will be working with placement of conduit, handholes, cable pedistals and placement of copper/fiber cables. Work schedules are typically 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Requires heavy lifting, pulling, placing, and digging, as required by Pauley Construction, Inc. Reports daily to crew leader/foreman.

Position
Sales Manager - Gesundheit Foods/Planted Sales Co.
Reports To
The Sales Manager will report to the Program Director overseeing the Sales, Customer Service and Distribution departments.
Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of products to be distributed to OLCC recreational dispensaries. This individual will recruit, manage and support a sales staff while measuring their performance on units sold and profitability. Additionally, it will be the responsibility of the Sales Manager to review the current sales program and improve on SOP’s, while implementing the needed systems and processes to assure its success.
Responsibilities and Duties· Review current sales program and plan. Submit objectives to management for future implementations and goals.· Manage Oregon sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.· Establish sales goals and objectives for sales representatives and the program as a whole. Develop system to accurately measure the success of the established sales goals.· Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.· Execute monthly sales reviews with customers to review newly opened stores, sell through rates, profitability and a go-forward strategy.· Through management of a CRM program, establish appropriate product mix for each territory, market and dispensary assuring all market demographics are being attended to.· Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Qualifications

<li>High-level sales experience outside of the Cannabis Industry is REQUIRED.</li>
<li>Experience working with budgets, P&amp;L statements and CRM software is highly</li>
<li>Experience in managing teams and measuring their success.</li>
<li>Experience inside of the Cannabis Industry is a plus.</li>

Education and Experience

<li>Bachelors degree preferred, however no educational experience required.</li>

Summary

Coordinates projects and activities for marketing products or services by performing the following duties.

Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.

Coordinates advertising schedules and placement.

Reviews specification sheets, obtains and prepares bids, and acts as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings.

Maintains customer database and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.

Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports.

Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials.

The Role
The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications. This individual is responsible for managing the organizations quality assurance policies. The incumbent will also establish performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to meet business requirements, as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations. The QA Lead will recommend strategic direction and implement plans based on recent quality audit results. Responsibilities will include training employees in best practices, assisting with hazard identification and the development of safe work procedures, identifying, developing and delivering training supplements, providing day-to-day guidance and advice.
Key Responsibilities
