Splicer Technicians play a vital role in connecting the network for maximum operating efficiency. Splicer Technicians are responsible for terminating, splicing, bonding/grounding, documenting and testing fiber optic cables within the systems networks and their related equipment.
 Splicer Technician Job Duties:

<li>Terminates, splices, and tests fiber optic cables.</li>
<li>Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other types of components and equipment.</li>
<li>Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, troubleshoots, modifies, constructs and tests various types of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and related devices.</li>
<li>Applies technical knowledge of electronics principles in order to put equipment in operational condition and solve moderately complex problems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions using specialized test and diagnostic equipment.</li>
<li>Modifies circuitry to improve performance.</li>
<li>Makes recommendations for improvements or modifications to correct problems.</li>
<li>May provide operation/maintenance instruction to customer personnel.</li>
<li>Performs preventative maintenance.</li>
<li>Installs telecommunications racks and all infrastructure.</li>

Splicer Technician Requirements/Qualifications:

<li>Minimum of 3-years’ experience with splicing fiber.</li>

 POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Director of Cultivation and Stewardship is charged with the management of a comprehensive program to foster and nurture lasting relationships between Hi-Hope Service Center and its current and prospective donors, and to steward gifts at all giving levels. The Director will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and CEO to more fully engage Hi-Hope’s donors and prospects in the life of the organization, to build confidence that their gifts have impact, and to help strengthen their philanthropic support. In addition, the position is responsible for maximizing the revenue potential of organizational special events through effective planning and execution. Cable Technician

We are seeking highly motivated residential drop bury technicians to perform cable television, drop bury installations.

Responsibilities include:

<li>Provides the subscriber with the best service and promotes a good relationship between the subscriber and the local cable company. Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to the subscriber</li>
<li>Verify all locates are completed before any task to be performed.</li>
<li>To install new service cable drops, replace existing cable drop, trouble shoot, diagnose service issue.</li>
<li>Hand Burial or machine trenching to length up to 350 feet.</li>
<li>To work with a 700lb drop bury machine. To complete side walk and driveway bores, to include use of boring attachment.</li>
<li>Re-connection of existing underground drop from tap to ground block.</li>
<li>Drops are repaired, replaced, or re-route as necessary. Permanent underground drop replacement with new RG-11 flooded drop cable when required.</li>
<li>Includes removal of any old drops on site when necessary and all restoration to customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Any and all follow up work needing to be performed needs reported to manager.</li>
<li>Works closely with the Dispatch and Project Managers for assignment of work load.</li>
<li>Recording signal levels, daily times, function codes and any additional system specific required documentation</li>

Drop Bury Technician

While no experience is necessary, paid training is provided. Upon completion of training program, Technicians will work independently within the community providing exceptional customer service. Earning potential between $600 to $1,000 a week based on on productivity efficiency.

Responsibilities
<ul>

Track large volumes of applicants through multiple stages of the interview process including candidate communication, scheduling and paperwork</li>
<li>
Heavy scheduling of onsite interviews with sometimes a same-day turnaround time
</li>
<li>Work within our Applicant Tracking System to schedule interviews and track pipeline updates</li>
<li>
Host candidates onsite and provide the best candidate experience possible</li>
<li>
Track all metrics and referrals to specifically pinpoint where new hires come from, along with tracking attrition</li>
<li>
Post positions on job boards and internally
</li>
<li>Actively source and prospect passive candidates for a variety of hourly roles</li>
<li>
Act at point of contact for all things recruiting and be able to delegate questions and concerns as needed</li>
<li>
Process background checks and maintain confidentiality amongst sensitive candidate/employee information
</li>
<li>Complete and record reference checks as needed</li>
<li>
Project manage the onboarding process for new hires; make welcome signs, set up desks for first day, manage the IT/computer process, order business cards, and distribute new hire documents</li>
<li>
Complete and run background checks for various entities and assist with the agent card process in emerging markets</li>
<li>
Responsible for making each new hire have the best on-boarding experience GTI has to offer, constantly reiterating our values and culture</li>

The individual's primary responsibility is to perform all duties related to plant production and produce the highest number of salable plants possible in his or her area of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Effective pest and disease control through regular scouting, judicious and appropriate use of pesticides in conjunction with biological control efforts</li>
<li>Training and direct supervision of the crew in all procedures and processes related to plant production</li>
<li>Environmental control (heating, cooling, venting)</li>
<li>Crop stage monitoring</li>
<li>Judicious and appropriate use of plant growth regulators</li>
