A quality professional with a technical, engineering or manufacturing background

What you need to succeed

Fluency in written and spoken English- Strong analytic and communication (verbal and written) skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience of progressive quality management experience

Strong familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 - standard and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Completion of quality management, continuous improvement and auditing certifications or equivalent

Experience working with remote and office based employees

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with team members with a variety of personalities

Ability to maintain superior working relationships

Highest level of confidentiality and integrity to team member information

Ability to freely travel for business in both Canada and the USA.
