Function: Over see overall production, maintenance, systems, traceability of plant and gardens. Gm will organize, direct, control, or coordinate activities of worker engaged in the propagation, cultivating and harvesting of the marijuana/cannabis garden.
Schedule: Full time, with mandatory weekends and holiday rotation and occasional evening hours. Must be able to work all shifts and be able to flex schedule based on business demands.

Summary

The Cultivation General Manager is primarily responsible for oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. The Cultivation General Manager will provide oversight of all Cultivation Associates and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with OSHA, MED and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Cultivation General Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds The Green Solution’s standards. The Cultivation General Manager reports to the Operations Manager who oversees all production and manufacturing for the Green Solution and NectarBee.

Scope:

The General Manager will manage an established production facility producing cannabis concentrate product lines. General Manager will be responsible for managing a 12 person production team while overseeing a 4 person sales team.

<li>Records specific requests, preferences, and notes concerning patient and caregiver registration status using the POS system.</li>
<li>Maintains awareness of patient input and suggest changes to improve service or product.</li>

<li>Reports directly to the Dispensary Manager.

<li>Coordinates with the General Manager and Dispensary Manager on operating and inputting into the Essences EVS system.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate records of patient’s identification and registration documents, manage scheduling patient traffic flow, answer phones and respond to patient and caregiver inquiries.</li>
<li>Records, arranges, and packages patient orders.</li>
<li>Maintains an organized environment and facility appearance.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>A minimum of two (2) years of cash handling, customer service experience is required. Ideal candidates will have worked directly in a retail environment.</li>
<li>Basic to intermediate understanding of cannabis products, different strains and medical benefits of cannabis use is required</li>
<li>Ability to keep a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor in high-stress situations and a continuously fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to accurately record data.</li>
<li>Ability to answer a multi-phone line system.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment.</li>
<li>High integrity and honesty.</li>
<li>Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, reach, bend, and crouch repetitively, over an extended period of time.</li>
<li>Ability to work in ever changing physical conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at a time.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with little to no supervisor or as part of a team is required.</li>
<li>Ability to work day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting.

<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a cannabis retail setting and knowledge of marijuana policies/laws is a plus.</li>
