Cultivation Trim and Package Tech

Scope:

Cultivation Technicians are responsible for the packaging, trimming and post-harvest responsibilities in our facility. This fulltime entry-level position will be expected to meet daily and weekly harvesting quotas in both the trim and packaging rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Trimming, weighing, and packaging product for sale
• Making pre-roll products and packaging for sale
• Labeling and bar-coding product for sale
• Accurately counting and batching product
• Other duties as related to this position

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced production environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and crouch repetitively, over an extended period of time. Must be able to stand for at least four hours at a time and work with your hands repetitively.
• Ability to work in ever changing physical conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at a time.
• Must possess a can-do attitude and be able to work with a team or individually.
• Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting.
• Must be 21 years of age or old.
