Cultivation Agent Position
We are Grassroots Vermont – a medical marijuana dispensary in Vermont. Founded and operated by a local Vermont family, we pride ourselves on providing natural products made and grown here in Vermont.
Grassroots Vermont is growing, and we are looking to hire a Part-Time Cultivation Agent. This position could transition to a Full-Time position based on performance. Under the supervision of the Director of Cultivation, the Cultivation Agent works to ensure cannabis plants are well maintained in accordance with our standard operation procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Engaging in daily cultivation work, which includes feeding, skirting, propagating, moving plants, cleaning, and IPM, etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for tracking daily cultivation work in compliance with company policy and state regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of cultivation space.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>High School or GED degree</li>
<li>Experience in Horticulture, Agriculture or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Solid communication skills</li>
<li>Able to work independently as well as within a team environment</li>

<li>Must be able to pass an FBI background check.</li>

 What You Will Be Doing:
 In this role, you will be partnering with Leafly’s marketing and content teams on improving performance KPIs, in-depth analyses, and optimizing business and consumer programs in an e-commerce marketplace. This role is highly analytical and will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that help define our marketing and content strategy as well understand user behavior and segmentation. We are looking for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of coding, data analysis, solving complex problems, and data advocacy to solve exciting business problems. Our ideal team member is someone who enjoys transforming data into models, stories, reports, and dashboards that business people and technical people can easily understand and can use to answer critical business questions.
 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Partnering with the content and marketing teams to identify and drive strategic and operational improvements that deliver sustainable lift</li>
<li>Reviewing content and marketing performance, advising on areas of opportunity, and analyzing A/B testing and other experimental data to measure the impact of new and existing content, campaigns, and channels</li>
<li>Developing and testing hypotheses to explain both macro and micro trends and opportunities</li>
<li>Understand user-behavioral drivers of performance at a deep level, and offer recommendations to leadership</li>
<li>Measure effectiveness of recommendations and perform analytical deep-dives to resolve problems or identify opportunities</li>
<li>Continually design, test, and deploy new reports - all with the goal of providing a state-of-the-art reporting environment</li>
<li>Participate in engaging with teams to provide the most accurate and relevant information to help drive meaningful business decisions</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>4 year degree in numerical or analytical field (Engineering, Math, Economics, Commerce, etc.)</li>
 <li>2+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment</li>
<li>Proficiency at SQL Query development (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, Google Big Query, Amazon Redshift)</li>
<li>Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Looker, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (R, SPSS, SAS, or MATLAB etc.)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookup)</li>
<li>Marketing and/or content experience preferred</li>
<li>Web and marketing analytics skills (e.g, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) are preferred.</li>
<li>You have a passion for turning data into data models that help others unlock the power of their data and the ability to identify unreasonable results and a well-tuned sense of skepticism</li>
