Purpose: Responsible for all administrative, operational and fiscal responsibilities involved in running a successful installation services satellite location.

Management:

<li>Analyze operations, identify performance issues and make corrective action while maintaining profitable daily MSO workload within all required time frames and specifications.</li>
<li>Act as a direct liaison between our customers and Management.</li>
<li>Spearhead the recruitment and selection of all project personnel.</li>
<li>Proactively address employee performance issues or concerns through coaching, counseling and evaluations.</li>
<li>Ensure proper coordination of project personnel schedules and ensure adequate staffing.</li>
<li>Ensure thorough and proper training of all project personnel.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly staff meetings to ensure consistent communication and meet safety requirements.</li>
<li>Perform regular “ride-outs” to ensure quality, safety and customer service requirements are being met.</li>
<li>Communicate all project related issues and concerns to immediate supervisor in a professional and timely manner and make recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Open and close the office when needed.</li>

Quality Control:

<li>Identify, monitor and address problem areas and work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues and complaints.</li>

Analysis &amp; Documentation:

<li>Ensure technical services operate within approved operating and capital budgets.</li>
<li>Analyze and improve existing procedures and implement changes to better organize the team/department.</li>
<li>Compile daily reports: job schedules and jobs completed for each technician.</li>
<li>Note all reasons for cancellations.</li>
<li>Monitor project results through standardized project and quality control reporting procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrate standard practices for installation procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor revenues generated by tech and the profitability of technicians.</li>

Position Requirements:

<li>Manager tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of fiber optic cables and enclosures.</li>
<li>Oversee the proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment.</li>
<li>Ensure fiber splices are completed according to design documentation</li>
<li>Manager the installation/splicing and troubleshoot various PON pieces (C/D Muxes, OADMs, Splitters, etc.)</li>
<li>Test, activate, and troubleshoot splicing and equipment after installation.</li>
<li>Ensure basic daily maintenance of direct reports vehicles (check fluids, clean and organize-vehicle).</li>
<li>Assign work and prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed- work on job site blueprints.</li>
<li>Work/maintenance cable line more than 32ft off the ground by ladder, bucket truck or gaffing.</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and in a manner that satisfies the- customer; educate employees associated with the issue to resolve such- issues without escalation.</li>

Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This person will help improve the company market position through increased sales and territory growth by greeting clients, assisting sales generation, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
