Ideal candidate is responsible for manicuring and preparing cannabis flower with shears for packing. This includes removing the flower off the stalks of the plant and separating usable product and unusable waste. The employee must be able to then trim the cannabis flower thoroughly, removing all leaf and visible stems without jeopardizing the quality or shape of the product.
