Promotes a high-performance culture by motivating, coaching, counseling, and developing Associates Works with Operations leadership to develop KPIs and hold Associates accountable to meet and exceed production output goals and deadlines Proactively works to identify and resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks to meet and exceed production output.
