Marijuana Extraction Lab Manager

The Lab Courier provides courier service between the company lab locations. Courier routes may differ slightly depending on individual lab demands and schedules. The Lab Courier picks up and delivers primarily cannabis samples in a manner prescribed by state and local regulations and company policy for testing purposes. Delivery of other routine inter-lab business items may be required from time to time. Sales Representative

The Grower Outreach &amp; Extension Specialist will serve as the key liaison to provide support to strawberry growing operations along the Central California coast. The Specialist will serve as a conduit for education opportunities, including best practices in production, safety and regulatory compliance. The Specialist will foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to assess ongoing needs, facilitate CSC-sponsored production research and corresponding extension efforts. The Sales Operations Team Member will be responsible for supporting both the office and field sides due to the large amount of overlap in responsibility. On both sides of this role, the Sales Operations Team Member will need to be aware that they must possess the ability to work well on a team as well as be self-motivated and accomplish tasks accurately and quickly in an independent manner. These individuals must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is hourly, with the pay rate depending on experience. It is not a management or commission sales position.
OFFICE
Strong Inventory Management Skills:

<li>Responsible for handling state-monitored inventory tracking system in a way that reflects company standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for processing inventory based on company and government standards to generate sellable product and fulfill orders in a timely manner.</li>

Sales Operations Team Member

Brookgreen Gardens is searching for a Head Greenhouse Grower &amp; Nursery Supervisor! This is an exciting opportunity as this position reports directly to the Director of Horticulture under supervision from the Vice President of Horticulture and Conservation and is responsible for the supervision of crop-growing operations for the Lachicotte Horticulture Complex. This is a hands-on position to establish and operate under best practices for greenhouse care, including principles and practices of plant cultivation, propagation, and protection.
Examples of duties include:

POSITION PURPOSE:
The production lead manages the daily tasks of the bakery, chocolate &amp; packaging team. These tasks include setting up, supervising and breaking down each workspace for each work task, managing work space, supporting and motivating the team, maintaining relevant production and packaging data / records and providing leadership on safety and GMPs. You will report to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure the daily production &amp; packaging schedules are up to date and executed. If unable to be met the schedule work with General Manager to make necessary adjustments based on priority and efficiency. Communicate changes with team.
-Coordinate set up of production and packaging lines for each task
-Ensure all product leaving packaging line meets quality standards
-Ensure production and packaging team members are on time, on track and on pace in tasks
-Record efficiency of tasks and enter data in spreadsheets / systems as required
-Ensure safety protocol and GMPs are adhered to and coach staff accordingly
