Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Nursery Grower Relations Representative for its Visailia, CA location. The Nursery Grower Relations Representative is responsible for sales support, coordination and grower relations as well as expanding the presence and sales of Wonderful Citrus Nursery products (seed, seedlings, budwood and trees). This person is expected to spend considerable amount of time outside the office environment and be the first to respond on calls for inquiries on all nursery products (seed, seedlings, budwood and trees). The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, field visits, promotion of nursery, presence at trade shows, customer service, producing reports. As needed will be requested to help with nursery inventory and other activities.

Responsibilities
 

 
Visits customers and provides technical support or assistance at moment of tree deliveries. Follows up reasonably over period of 3-6 months' post planting.
 
 
Visits prospect customers to promote nursery and assist with technical details for new plantings.
 
 
Hosts nursery tours for new and existing customers.
 
 
Services existing accounts, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
 
 
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
 
 
Calls pending orders to get them firmed up, changed or cancelled
 
 
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
 
 
Responsible for maintaining tree, seed and seedling availability lists updated by working in conjunction with Inventory manager.
 
 
Monitors product quality upon arrival to customer
 
 
Assists in nursery inventory activities and shipping prep/coordination of all nursery products (seed, seedlings, budwood and trees) as needed.
 
 
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
 
 
Ability to follow sale through to close and ensure product is delivered and payment is received
 
 
Responsible for coordinating activities to set up and participate in trade shows.
 
 
Ability to travel to attend trade shows/conferences, visit customers and perform work in other areas where company may be active.

Primary Responsibilities
 
Due to our significant growth, HdL is seeking an intelligent, well-organized and detail-oriented Compliance Inspector for local commercial cannabis business processes. The focus of this role is to ensure that businesses are properly licensed and permitted, local and state regulations are correctly implemented in the operation and acceptable controls are in place. The Compliance Inspector will interface with all levels, including senior internal and external personnel, and follow established parameters for the collection, measurement, analysis and reporting of business inspections. Audits may include location, transportation, cultivation, extraction, labeling, security, safety, etc. for retailers, cultivators, testing labs, microbusinesses and event organizers.
 
Develop a thorough understanding of California cannabis policy reforms and business regulations for all types of commercial cannabis enterprises with respect to business operations, security and compliance procedures. Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
 
Review and rate cannabis-related license application materials and oral interviews.
 
Plan, identify and define audit scope and criteria for each compliance inspection.
 
Conduct onsite inspections, examinations and other actions to monitor compliance with established standards for local licensed cannabis enterprises. Observe activities for compliance deficiencies.
 
Review and analyze information, document findings, and communicate recommendations for improvement and corrective action regarding compliance risks with respect to State and local regulations.
 
Follow up with business enterprise on corrective action plans and report final audit results to the client.
 
Ensure quality of service by enforcing standards, managing interactions, and reporting progress and issues.
 
Prepare responses to client periodic compliance requests and certifications.
 
Support implementation of new compliance program requirements.
 
Proactively identify potential areas of compliance risk and recommend and develop corrective action plans for problem resolution.
 
Track laws and regulation updates that might affect compliance.
 
Review work and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Position Description:

Position available consists of operating, loading, placing, hauling materials necessary to place, install, maintain, or repair utility systems. Travel may be required but typically within the state. This position reports to the District Manager. This individual must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards. Summary

Sales Representative - Cannabis Tech

Kitchen Supervisor / Baker: 
The Kitchen Supervisor / Baker will be responsible for making baked goods, drinks, and candies. In addition to making these products, the Kitchen Supervisor will hire staff, purchase supplies, and train other employees. The Kitchen Supervisor will also oversee the operations of the kitchen, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and organization of supplies and equipment. Finally, the Kitchen Supervisor will assist in product development and creating new recipes.
You will be working for an established medical cannabis company that is looking to take their edible capabilities to the next level. You will NOT need to have knowledge of dosing or making cannabis edibles. We will assist with this. We need someone who has experience making delicious baked goods and candies on a commercial scale.
The position requires attention to detail, general computer skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The Kitchen supervisor will need to be both creative and flexible; i.e., someone who can help create new products, but can let them go if an item is not successful. Maturity, a strong work ethic, and accountability will be required to be successful at this position. New Mexico has strict product tracking and content testing standards. If an individual has been convicted of a felony violation of the NM Controlled Substances Act other than Sections 30-31-20 through 30-31-22 NMSA 1978, or has been convicted of any equivalent federal statute or equivalent statute from any other jurisdiction, and the final completion of the entirety of the associated sentence of such conviction has been less than five years from the date of the individual’s anticipated association with the production facility, then the individual shall be prohibited from serving on the board of a licensed non-profit producer, or working for the licensed producer, or approved entity. An individual who is disqualified shall be notified of his or her disqualification. If an individual has been convicted of more than one felony violation of the above-cited sections of the NM Controlled Substances Act or an equivalent federal statute or equivalent statute from any other jurisdiction, the individual shall be notified that he or she is permanently prohibited from participating or being associated with a licensed non-profit producer, approved manufacturer, approved laboratory, or approved courier. Any violation of this subsection shall result in the immediate revocation of any privilege granted under this rule and the act.
