Position Summary: The Packaging and Distribution Manager will provide leadership and work flow expertise to optimize existing packaging procedures to drive value and build a competitive advantage as related to packaging and distribution. This position will manage processing, packaging, supply oversight, inventory control, quality control and sales logistics. This position will collaborate extensively with all laboratory managers and with all functions within the supply chain to ensure timely completion of assigned packaging projects within the specified time, cost, and quality parameters set by company and industry standards. The manager will utilize best practices to assure that product and package integrity is maintained throughout our distribution environment. He or she will ensure that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met and proactively communicate as any change(s) arise.
Essential Functions:

<li>Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the packaging department</li>
<li>Staffing, training, development &amp; performance evaluations</li>
<li>Create, develop and utilize all resources to provide training programs and new employee orientation</li>
<li>Production &amp; staff scheduling</li>
<li>Establish standards for packaging, shipping, and logistical procedures.</li>

<li>Responsible for ensuring accuracy for all team members in weighing, labeling, packaging and distribution</li>
<li>Ensure product packaging follows Colorado cannabis labeling requirements</li>
<li>Inventory &amp; purchasing</li>
<li>Complete specified packaging reports as directed by management related to all job responsibilities</li>
<li>Coordinating shipping &amp; receiving, and oversee driver logistics if necessary</li>
<li>Expedite vendors as necessary to ensure available inventory supports the production plan/schedule</li>
<li>Source new products and/or vendors that achieve a better quality or price</li>
<li>Identify and carry out process improvements, ensuring supplier and company goals met or exceeded</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, development, manufacturing, and quality assurance in addressing quality and servicing needs of customers</li>
<li>Purchase inventories that achieve the desired inventory turnover ratio and meet price points that allow sales to be competitive while minimizing out/shorts or high-priced purchases</li>
<li>Manage and execute multiple projects at various stages with shifting priorities, and extremely tight timelines</li>
<li>Optimize overall efficiencies as related to packaging by collaborating cross functionally throughout the organization</li>
<li>Understand, interpret, and refine packaging procedures to meet state, industry and company standards</li>
<li>Develop a culture of continuous improvement and rapidly expand new best practices across the packaging department</li>
<li>Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
Important note: This position is based out of East Fork’s Portland satellite office.
The Controller’s primary role is to provide a steady financial hand for East Fork as it grows. The Controller will develop and maintain a dynamic accounting system, interface with tax professionals, participate in budget planning and ensure compliance in a range of areas. East Fork is effectively a startup, so this position will also support others on the business team, a collaborative group that includes the Sales Manager, CEO, President and Education Manager.

Controller (Financial)

Linemen build, repair, and maintain overhead telecommunication systems including traffic signals and street lights. This includes placing, relocating, and removing poles, lines, open wire, drop and block wire in order to maintain efficient operation of the customer’s facilities.
 Linemen Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Repairs and maintains major cable system and structures such as broken lashing, replacing or re-sagging aerial strand, pole transfers, down-guys, aerial to underground conversion, substructure repairs and cable replacements related to system outages, maintenance, rebuilds and emergencies or hazards.</li>
<li>Reads and interprets work orders, specifications, engineering drawings and/or cut sheets to determine work to be done in sequence of task.</li>
<li>Performs construction work such as digging holes, climbing telephone poles, placing and removing poles and anchors, pulling and stringing wire/cable from pole to pole, laying cable and conduit in the ground.</li>
<li>Operates power equipment such as compressors, pumps, blowers, hydraulic diggers, and hydraulic aerial lifts mounted on trucks.</li>
<li>Uses test equipment to check for gas in manholes; may be required to empty water and other debris from manholes.</li>
<li>Dismantles, moves, and removes aerial, underground or building wire, cable associated equipment and hardware.</li>
<li>Connects wires and cables to terminals and attaches/detaches various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, or poles.</li>

We are seeking Equipment Operators work out of our Anderson, SC location to operate equipment associated with installation and repair of underground/aerial utilities. Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years minimum experience within the Utility Construction/Maintenance industry. Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities including the demonstrated ability to successfully locate existing cable, Cable/Pole placement, and excavation preferred. Duties will include the location of existing cable, installing/repairing cable, operation of heavy equipment (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Bucket Truck, Pole Truck, Digger Derrick, etc.), grounds restoration, flagging, and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor Valid Driver’s License preferred, CDL a plus.
