Overview
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service and sales support for our client brands, in addition to coordinating account activity between the marketing, sales & fulfillment teams of MHD. In this role, you will be expected to operate independently, possess a business-centric post-cannabis mindset, have proactive and grounded communication skills and naturally embrace creative problem solving to achieve team goals. As the face and voice of our client brands and MHD, the Account Manager is a part of the Markets department and reports to the Dir. of Business Development. A Colorado MED Occupational Badge is required for this position.

Mile High Distributing is currently the manufacturer and distributor of all-natural cannabis beauty and wellness products throughout Colorado as the official Licensed Partner of the Apothecanna brand. In addition to our existing business model, our goal is to develop new services and production capabilities to maintain our competitive advantage. Responsibilities
- Account management and customer service (Sales, Marketing, Education, Support)
- Schedule and coordinate account activations
- Work with the markets team to develop product strategies and campaigns
- Identify sales targets/partners inline with current strategies and campaigns
- Collect, process and distribute actionable account information within MHD
- Maintain and update account information tools (Leaf Link, Mail Chimp, Quickbooks)
- Be an active participant on the brand activation team (production, execution, data collection, social media, industry events)
- Actively participate in the company, contribute ideas and solutions to team goals
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards the business
- Be situationally and self-aware, consider your impact on the team and how you communicate
Skillset & Education
- College degree or higher
- 3+ years of business experience in sales, marketing or customer service within the health & wellness, fashion and/or beauty industries.
- A solid understanding of the cannabis industry (no experience in cannabis required, though an occupational badge is)
- Experience with lifestyle-centric event production (scheduling, coordinating, data collection)
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Possess a strong attention to detail with an innate ability for understanding the situation
- Creatively grasp the bigger picture and how to turn goals into actionable steps

Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 /hour
