Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Manager will be an experienced PHARMACIST reporting directly to the General Manager, assisting in all technical, non-technical and compliance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional with a passion for serving patients and with an interest in the medical marijuana space. As the AGM of the dispensary, you will also play a key role in the onboarding and training of new staff members as well as driving patient-centric dispensary initiatives, as well as managing all retail related responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with active, unrestricted license in good standing
Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course http://www.medicalmarijuana.pa.gov/
Recent experience in a supervisory capacity (within the last 5 years) with patient-oriented drug delivery systems and a passion for patient care and service delivery
Familiarity with computers and POS systems
